The Mainstays 8x10 is matted for a 5x7 or 4x6 (or it can be used without the matt for the full 8x10). The Beveled Frame in Bronze is beautiful and simplistic. It will look good in my house wherever I put it. I like the different options of being able to use it on a tabletop or hang it horizontal or vertical. It already has the hardware on the back for those options. The closing clasps on the back are very well made and I like that the back doesn't come completely off and isn't flimsy. I definitely recommend purchasing this frame!

This is an incredibly nice picture frame. It has a heavy weight. The details are beautiful, and the back of the frame is plush and velvety (like higher end frames I bought long ago). It has several locks to hold it shut in the back, and it was easy to open and close. The details are really well done, including the double matting.

Ok, don't judge a picture frame from a picture! This frame is durable, high quality and matted very well. You don't have to pay a small fortune for a picture frame to have something that you're proud to display in your house. This frame is sturdy, heavy and high quality!

*Mainstays 8” X 10” Bevel Bronze Picture Frame* *Appearance* The Mainstays 8”X10” Bevel Bronze Frame has a dark look with a black backing and can be used to hang on a wall or sit upon a shelf. Mine looked beautifully crafted and no flaws. I liked the versatility from the hanging brackets and built-in stand on the back. When I’m tired of having a picture sitting on a cabinet, I can hang it on a wall. I’m even saving the cut-out insert for the 5” X 7” pictures. My next picture I’m using in this frame will have one of those in it of my son when he was a kid. But that’s when I’m tired of this one. *Uses* The Mainstays 8”X10” Bevel Bronze Picture Frame has multiple uses as it can also double as a smaller picture frame with its included cut-out or a full 8”X10” and hung as a wall picture or sit somewhere perhaps on a desk or bookcase. I put mine on the entertainment center for a day then moved it to top of my fridge with a few other smaller pictures. *Conclusion* I recommend the Mainstays 8”X10” Bevel Bronze Picture Frame for it’s nice look and good quality.

This is a review for Mainstays' 8 x 10 inch beveled bronze frame. This is a quality frame in many ways. There are multiple ways to display the frame and picture within it. The hanging hooks are on both sides so the frame can be hung vertically or horizontally. The triangular hanging hooks are more difficult to hang than the sawtooth hangers though. The frame can also stand on its own with the lean to on the velvet backing board. The lean to has a ribbon at the base to keep it from overextending. The board looks like black velvet. As lovely as it is, it attracts every lint, hair, and fuzz in the vicinity. Other high-end qualities include the pull tab on the backing board. Everything can be removed with the tab instead of bending the edges trying to remove it all with fingernails. There are no metal inserts to bend over and over. The little tabs on a swivel keep everything in place pain-free. I would recommend Mainstays' 8 x 10 inch beveled bronze frame. Although the frame is 8 x 10 inches, the actual picture size it holds is only about 4 1/2 by 6 1/2 inches. The neutral matting and the bronze frame would be a desirable addition to any decor.
