The metal is like the same kind for the cheaper bathroom stands so pretty thin, but gets the job done. Especially if you're not wanting pay more; I'd say it's worth its cost. Will fit about 2 pairs per tier so actually fits 32 shoes (16 pairs). About 3 pairs of toddler shoes. I wouldn't recommend for tall boots unless put them on the top.

This is a really great shoe rack. There are five (5) mesh tiers on each side. There are locking casters which makes it very easy to roll your shoes anywhere you may need them. I suggest that you have someone to help put it together. Ir is much easier with some help. It is easy to put this shoe rack together. My wife and I had it together in about 30-45 minutes. I like that the “shelves” are mesh. If necessary you can put a plastic tray under the rack to catch any water if you put wet shoes or boots on the shoe rack. If I had anything negative to say it would be that high top sneakers fit best on the top shelves. They get a little crowded on any of the lower shelves. After putting the shoe rack together my daughter came in and now she wants one and says that our granddaughter will want one also.

Love this. This is the answer to my shoe location and holds all plus room for more. It is sturdy and assembling was easy. Get past the first steps and easy peasy from there on. Great bargain, sturdiness and can hold a collection of shoes. Love it.

When you open the box, don't be overwhelmed by all the pieces. Setup is VERY easy. All the pieces and tool are included. The directions are just a single, easy to follow page. The end result is a very useful, practical solution for 30 pairs of footwear. The wheels make this Rolling Shoe Rack easy to move around, or just lock in place. The shoes, sneakers, and slippers fit nicely in place, and are easily accessible. The rack itself is very sturdy. Make sure you don't over-tighten the screws, as it will bend the metal and misalign the rack. If you just follow the simple instructions, you will be more than satisfied with this cost effective way to organize 30 PAIRS of any type of footwear. Works great for shoes, sneakers, slippers, and even high heels! I would definitely recommend this product. At a great price to solve the problem of looking all over for your different types off footwear, having them all organized in one location is wonderful!

I received my Mainstays 5-Tier Mesh Rolling Shoe Rack. It came in a compact box. Mainstays makes great products and I have many items by this brand. I unpacked the box and assembled all of the parts because this item does require assembly. The instructions were pretty clear. (I usually have quite a time with assembling stuff) but it was pretty easy once I got started. All of the parts were there including a tool to install, and after spending about 10 minutes, the item was assemble and ready to go. There are 2 sides and 5 tiers to the cart. This cart will hold about 30 pairs of shoes. The mesh is strong and easy to clean. The frame is pretty stable and the cart has 4 caster wheels that will lock. I went and loaded most of my shoes into the cart, I am very pleased with this organization! I thought about using the cart in my garage to keep shoes dry and out of the reach of my cats that like to chew on them. However, it is much more useful in my closet. I really recommend this cart for shoe storage or really any kind of storage you might want to use it for!

Finally more storage. I use to have a 2 tier oak shoe shelf but it was quickly filled and of course my closet and floor were covered in shoes again. With this 5 tier action it’s a whole new ball game. I can fit 3 pairs of shoes on 1 side and another 3 pairs on the other for a total of 6 pairs per level. I place it against the wall most days but when I want it out of sight I just roll it into the closet cause yes! It has wheels. Either way, it works better than what I was originally doing. I’m glad I upgraded to this one.

This Mainstays 5-Tier Mesh Rolling Shoe Rack is such an amazing way to organize our shoes! We are a family of seven, so we have a lot of shoes to keep straightened up everyday. This is a great way to keep our shoes organized and free from cluttering up the front (and back) door. Assembly and instructions were very straightforward and easy, my 4 year old son loved being able to help! Our kids really like that they have their own designated shelf for their favorite shoes and they actually use it! We have drawers that we used to use, but it was difficult to do every time and became a chore for the kids. This is super easy and accessible, so they use it without having to be reminded to put their shoes away. There is enough room for about 3 pairs of shoes per row, more for smaller children’s shoes. We put our favorite shoes on the rack and it’s been such a lifesaver, especially for me as a mother, not to have to ask my kids to put their shoes away every single time. It is very lightweight and does have castors, so it’s very easy to move around if needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great way to keep your family’s shoes organized!

Between my wife and myself, it never seems that there is enough storage space for our shoes, flip-flops, sandals, boots, etc. This two-sided design worked great for us, as we had the available width in space. The completed size is approximately 24.6” W x 17” D x 35.5” H. I’m happy that the backstop is also mesh, as it stops shoes from sliding forward. It will hold up to 30 pairs of normal size shoes (width/length), however boots will have to be placed on the top two racks. The instructions are very basic, I found just looking at the picture on the box, made it much easier to put together. The assembly parts are a bit light, so it is not designed to take any abuse, though still fully functional. I like the four roller wheels, especially that two will lock, if engaged; you can leave them off. It is very lightweight, only weighing in at 5-pounds; easy to move. Overall, if not roughly handled, this shoe rack will last many years. The top two mesh shelves will only hold 6-pair of ankle or tall boots; wish it had one more level of boots. It has satisfied my urgent need for compact shoe storage, a good product.

It was missing holes that screws were meant to go. So the bottom can't be put together. I was disappointed because I had it delivered to my house and they want me to bring it to the store to exchange it! They should bring me another one!
