Honestly, just buy the regular baking pan. These did not work properly mine came damaged and the battery leaked everywhere and not just a little… I mean the entire cake batter.. smh I really wanted to like this product

The Mainstays 6 Round Nonstick Carbon Steel Springform Cake Pan is a solid pan. The bottom of the pan is well constructed and not flimsy. I found it did a good job spreading out the heat that is coming from the bottom of the oven. It also has a nonstick coating and that made it clean-up very easy. It is also easier because you can separate the parts to reduce the number of crevices for cake to get trapped in. It is dishwasher safe but I would only put it in the top rack to protect the coating. I did use some butter on the pan to make sure everything would release smoothly. The 6 inch size was fine for making a small cheese-cake. The quick-release latch is easy to use and feels great. I am not sure if it is rust-proof so I would recommend drying that part off. I did not have any issues with leaking but my batter was not on the runny side. The height of the pan was also perfect. I think if it was any higher there would be issues with getting it to cook through without burning the edges. Overall, I would recommend this pan!

Overall quality isn't the best, but this springform pan serves the purpose. It has steel construction which makes it durable and a nonstick coating which helps with the release of the baked goods. The spring action design releases the bottom of the pan to avoid having to turn it over to release the baked goods. I recommend wrapping the pan in tin foil to prevent seeping prior to and during baking.

It's a spring form pan! It's flawless . Picking it up was a pain in the butt making the the purchase experience distasteful.

be careful reassembling after washing as it will let you insert the base upside down. The textured base lets the cheesecake have a design, but it will stick more easily this way. The clamp holds tightly.

This was perfect for a halved recipe for cheesecake. I also used it to make a small quiche and a deep dish pizza. Right size for no leftovers, deep sides and easy to clean.

I wanted to try my luck making a cheesecake and the recipe said I needed a 6" spring pan. Well, I never knew such a thing existed! Luckily for me, Walmart has these in stock. They are a good price and seeing as I doubt I'll be making cheesecake on a consistent basis, I didn't think I wanted to spend a lot on a pan. This pan worked fine and my first cheesecake came out pretty good. The pan released enough to get the cake out and was easy to reassemble and to clean.

This spring form pan has many foreseeable uses. I plan on using it as a form for chewy treats. It would make great gift size treats for any occasion. Now I can easily make healthier goodies for my tastes. Just spray with oil of choice, cut out a circle of parchment and I'm sure it will reveal nice looking little cakes that the family can cut into! The price was more affordable than others too.

I really like this little springform pan! It is hard to find the 6” size in the store! It was the perfect size for an easy to manage, portable cake. Walmart delivered it quickly and I made it just in time for a birthday! It is non-stick which helps the release of the cake.

I looked at similar pans. Much better price and available in 2 hours opposed to 2 days.
