Mainstays 6" Round Nonstick Carbon Steel Springform Cake Pan, Gray

This was perfect for a halved recipe for cheesecake. I also used it to make a small quiche and a deep dish pizza. Right size for no leftovers, deep sides and easy to clean.

I wanted to try my luck making a cheesecake and the recipe said I needed a 6" spring pan. Well, I never knew such a thing existed! Luckily for me, Walmart has these in stock. They are a good price and seeing as I doubt I'll be making cheesecake on a consistent basis, I didn't think I wanted to spend a lot on a pan. This pan worked fine and my first cheesecake came out pretty good. The pan released enough to get the cake out and was easy to reassemble and to clean.

I have a 9" spring form pan but sometimes I want to make a smaller dessert. This 6" pan is a perfect size for 4 - 6 people. I was excited to try it out right away so I decided to make an ice cream cake. First, I baked some puff pastry in it, which came out great. Once I put all the layers in I put it into the freezer to harden. The pictures show you the end result! It was a little harder to remove the surrounding edge simply because it came out of the freezer, but once off, the ice cream cake held its shape perfectly. I love the pan and its size, and highly recommend it. Next up, cheesecake!

I really like this little springform pan! It is hard to find the 6” size in the store! It was the perfect size for an easy to manage, portable cake. Walmart delivered it quickly and I made it just in time for a birthday! It is non-stick which helps the release of the cake.

This spring form pan has many foreseeable uses. I plan on using it as a form for chewy treats. It would make great gift size treats for any occasion. Now I can easily make healthier goodies for my tastes. Just spray with oil of choice, cut out a circle of parchment and I'm sure it will reveal nice looking little cakes that the family can cut into! The price was more affordable than others too.

I have numerous"standard" size springform pans, which work well when you are making dessert for a lot of people. I love this smaller size! It made a perfect sized cake for two. It was easy to use, easy to clean, and the cake came out great.

By the looks of it, looks like it will work for my needs.

Mainstays is great brand and we were really excited upon receiving this product. My wife has been in the entrepreneurial spirit lately and she love making all sorts of cakes for our children's birthdays. She also wants to start her own business and this one great item that she needed. The great thing about this product that it creates perfect round cakes and you can release the bottom so the cake can transfer as needed.

This is now what I expected. It was misleading in the advertisement. But it works for what I needed to do. But I won't get it again.
