I thought this product was a great value. Shopping on Walmart.com was sooo easy! The delivery of the product came 4 days before expected. Very pleased!

Great starter stainless steel set.

JZNubian September 25, 2013

I've been looking to replace my nonstick cookware with stainless steel. Based on the other reviews and the price, I decided to give this set a try. I'm very glad I did! The food doesn't stick the pan, but it does leave those nice brown bits needed for sauces. And cleaning them is not a chore either; I just use a little Bar Keeper's Friend on the wet pots, and they are as shiny as the day I bought them. Good product!

Surprisingly good

MisterSeniorCitizen August 29, 2013

We purchased this set to use on an induction burner. Induction only works if the bottom of the pot is magnetic and flat. This set is definitely magnetic and works fine for our purpose. I was pleasantly surprised at the weight of the pots, especially considering the price. It turned out to be a very good budget set for our casual use. If you're cooking everyday for a family, there may be better sets but this one works great for us.

Starter set of pots.

MamaMoore April 30, 2013

These pots are great. What made me buy them was because I have a set like these already, and I bought them after hurricane Katrina and they are still going strong. I just needed more pots. Both times I purchased them from Walmart, only this time I'm a online customer. Thanks Walmart.

Great set.

SpgwGuns February 19, 2012

I was impressed by the quality of these pans versus the leading hundred dollar ones and I have to give it to Mainstays; I've owned this set for 6 months and it's been a very resilient set (I even burned soup broth and with a little scrub the burn came out). Highly recommend this set, and it's more affordable than the ones carried in stores!

Good

I got decided to purchase this set because of all the positive reviews it got from customers. Alot of people said the water boiled faster with these pots so that was what I was expecting but it actually takes longer for the water to boil compared to my old pots and pans. Otherwise it's good for the price.

Finally A Set of Pots That are great.

juniorsister October 26, 2013

I love this set. Stainless steal pots are the only ones for every day cooking that last. This set is beautiful. I've had no problems with sticking food or clean ups. A few wipes with a Brillo soap pad (got pads at the Dollar Store) and a little buff with a dry cloth bring them back to the original shine and polish. I have been cooking with them for a little while and they still look brand new. The price is wonderful but I would have paid more. I look forward to adding more pots to my kitchen as I continue to redecorate.

disappointed at first but.....

bargainhunter333 March 13, 2013

When I first received the pans I was disappointed. They are thinner than I expected and I felt like they were "cheaper" looking than I expected. But after using them for about two weeks now I am impressed. Nothing has stuck, they are lightweight which I actually appreciate now, no more lugging heavy pans back and forth. Also the handles remain cool to the touch so no more accidental burns. Its WAY better than any of the cheaper non stick sets I have been purchasing in the past few years and no more worries about the non stick coating breaking off and getting into our food. I would purchase again.

For the money it's "ok"

SailorsGirlAcuna February 24, 2012

I was a little disappointed at how small the pans were. I thought I was buying a set that could feed a family of 5 without having to use more then one pan, I was wrong. They look nice, and so far the handles seem to be holding up but they scratch easy. As of now, nothing has stuck to them so that was a plus when doing dishes. The size is the major downer, just thought they'd be bigger.

You get what you pay for.

Sara8602 March 29, 2013

I know that these are not nonstick pans, but I used a considerate amount of olive oil while cooking chicken and it stuck very badly. It was also very difficult to clean. It is fine for steaming or boiling. I wouldn't reccomend them for frying or sauteeing.
