Mainstays 8.5" x 11" Mahogany Document and Diploma Picture Frame

I bought 18 frames for our company and the employees who received them really loved how good the frames looked. They think the frames are at least $10 - $18 but we paid less than $5! The mahogany wooden frame is thick and looks almost like real wood. I wanted to buy 5 more but was only able to buy 1 more because they ran out of stock.

This is the second time I've purchased these. They work very well for document-size photos and seem pretty sturdy. They are easy to use and fairly lightweight, so can be used on lathe

I love the frames I picked out. They are to display poetry I have written for each grandchild for Christmas. I was not pleased with the delivered. I was in another room and heard the box tossed onto the porch. There doesn't appear to be anything broken. I will definitely be contacting someone if there are. I am waiting for my daughter to return from work to open them.

it's a good looking frame for 8 1/2 x 11 certificates, but the prop for table top use is subject to separate from the backing. ordered 12. Five were damaged in shipping. packed loose, so they slid against each other in the box. replaced easily by Wal Mart.

The product had dents in the front surface of the frames due to improper packaging. There was sufficient packing in the box available; however, the packaging was not properly utilized and the box was two large to keep the product from shifting. Only two frames were protected from moving against one another.

Order was easy and fast. But one carton was short an item. Carton had been opened and one frame removed. Therefore, only recieved 23 of the 24 items purchased. Have not found a way to contact Walmart to let them know except through this review.

the frames came in two boxes. 8 frames per box. when I opened the box, there was paper packing over the frames. But when I took the layer of paper packing, the frames were stacked 8 high withoutcany protection from moving around in the box and no protection between the frames. There was the same layer of paper packing on the bottom. Both boxes of 8 were packed the same, and I might add that the boxes were oversized to the amount of space the frames took up. there were 4 frames that I could not use for the 16 awards presentation we were having in 3 days. There was a 5th frame I had to use in spite of the minor damage because I could only get 4 replacements at my Walmart store. Some of the others had minor damage, but all of the damage was on the wood around the glass, so I had to go with the dinged ones to make our presentations. One frame had the kick stand that was not fastened very well, and it did break at our ceremony. My Walmart had received more of the frames in so I could get the person a new frame that same day. However, when I was picking out a new frame, I had bypassed the same kind of damage that was on the ones that were shipped to me. So it seemed like the new frames that the store received were packed for shipment the same way the ones sent to my home were, or they just restocked the damaged ones for the customers to purchase. I am sending photos of the boxes shipped to me. I just took photos of one box, but they were both packed identically and some damaged in both boxes.

I did not receive this item. I received a lesser plain quality and color item. I was very disappointed. I guess I'm stuck with it.

These frames are cheap. I've tried hanging these three times, and they have fallen down each time. The hanger is cheap and too small. I wish I could return them, but since the hanger broke off both of the frames I bought, all I can do is toss them and find something that actually works.

I order 24 frames and they came when the order stated. When I opened every box, there was a broken frame in each box. The glass wasn't broken, just the back part of each frame. You can tell they knew it was broken because they left them unwrapped and on top of the other frames. They still stuck them in the boxes to full fill the shipment. Now I have to return them and hope they have some in the stores. These frames were for a ceremony at work. Very upset and disappointed.
