Mainstays 8x10 Front Loading Picture Frames, Black, Set of 6

I bought these frames to hang pictures of famous paintings that I love, they are simple and very practical, very easy to use and especially not adorn my "paintings". I really like how they look on the wall.

Actually love these frames I was gonna spend over $100 buying mixtiles picture frames but decided to try these out and so glad I did made a beautiful picture wall in my living room! So easy to put up and insert pictures.

They are plain and very light. Exactly what I was looking for. Needed quite a few and didn't want to spend much money. Bought 3 sets of this. They did the job. Still haven't putting up the rest but so far loving them. Did site to store and saved on shipping and they were here in about a week.

If you're looking for quality or frames that make a statement, look elsewhere. But if, as in my case, you have a whole bunch of things you want matching frames for, and you don't want to spend a fortune on them, this is perfect. You just sort of pop the glass in and out which is a little disconcerting at first and a few had bits of plastic that needed shaved off but they serve my purposes perfectly.

This was an experiment with a photo I took. We did not know how this would turn out. The frames become almost invisible. For the project we were doing that was a nice feature. The price was very reasonable for so many frames. In hind sight, since it turned out so well, I should have spent more on the frames. They are plastic and the glass in the frame reflects light . More expensive frames would be made out of better material and better quality glass. One plus was the fact that the frames were very light and held up on the wall with removable velcro-type fasteners, no nails.

I have purchased these frames several times %26 love that they are borderless. Nearly have 20 8x10s and several of each of the other sizes. I've only had 1 frame %26 glass break from rough play in the house. The frame is light weight which can be a pro and a con depending on whether or not you hang it or stand it on a table. Can easily fall off of a bumped table, but so do my other fancy heavier frames. If the photographer actually prints the picture to size (8x10) correctly i.e. no white border at the bottom, the picture will fit perfectly. Otherwise you will have to cut the 1/8 inch border from the bottom %26 have part of the background of the frame showing. I've only had one problem with this because the photographer didn't seem to care when replacing my photo by simply cutting the white edge off instead of making sure it was a true 8x10 borderless picture. Not the frames fault of course. I recommend these frames in all sizes.

I ordered this set of 6 picture frames in the hopes of good quality. Well, you get what you pay for and by doing so, I have 2 disappointments. I sent my order to be shipped through Site-to-Store. I received a text message and email stating my order was ready for pickup. The clerk at the store opened the box to make sure I had the correct order, and low and behold there was only ONE (1) frame, not 6. The clerk said that there were no other boxes for me-- thinking that they may have all been shipped separately. So the first disappointment was that I had only 1 frame, not 6. After I inspected the frame, it was DAMAGED. 2 corners were chipped off. The quality of the overall frame was rather poor but could have been sufficient as a basic frame should it not have been damaged through shipping. I did not accept the order and requested a refund. The clerk gladly refunded my money through original payment method. I don't recommend ordering online. If you still want to purchase these frames, I suggest buying them individually in the store where you can examine its quality, durability, and check for any damage.

These are precisely 8x10. No wiggle room at all. My 8x10 sort of crinkled inside making it obvious it was too small. Bummer just needed super simple black frames. Nothing fancy. These would've be perfect but doesn't fit.

When pushing the corners back like the instructions advise, the glass chips easily and some of the black edge of the frame breaks off. This happened with every single one when I put the picture in it.
