Great Frame
The best frame I have found for 8X10 pictures. The matting is nice and makes my picture look extra fancy. I was so satisfied with this frame that I bought two more.

Very pleased with this black matted frame
This frame is for a George Washington print. It goes well in homes decorated in an antique style and blends well.

Nice Frame
It is a sturdy, nice looking frame. Only one small thing that can be fixed. The small tabs on the back of the frame that spin and hold the backing on are plastic. Two of mine came broken. I was able to still use the frame as there were several usable tabs. They can also be replaced with metal tabs if needed. I was able to use the frame even though I was missing 2 of the tabs that were broken.

For the most part good
I would recommend because it's nice and was wrapped unbelievably well. However ,I was disappointed that although I moved the tabs to take the back off carefully..one came off immediately.

My first order of this item was not delivered because I was informed it was damaged in transit. I reordered 5 of them. Packed at store level. Delivered yesterday! As I pick up the box,I told my husband something is wrong. They only delivered 4 and two were destroyed. Customer service has done nothing to remedy the situation.

Those who package need training
The packaging was extremely poor. It was delivered in a lose bag with little to no packing material to prevent damage. So, when delivered, the glass had separated from the frame and several of the secure tabs on the back of the frame were broken off. I made the frame work by taping it back together. Whoever packaged the merchandise for delivery to my home should receive additional instruction regarding how to properly package fragile items.
