Mainstays 9" x 9" Round Nonstick Steel Cake Pan, Dark Gray

I needed some extar cake pans for the holiday baking season and these were great. They are non stick which is great. They are durable and easy to clean up.

Well not only is it lightweight and non stick. It's so much more than a cake pan. I got more than one so I use them as my dredging station for chicken cutlets or whatever else I have to fry. The non stick coating makes clean up a breeze. Also use it as an appetizer server with a little dipping bowl in center. Very handy item and even heating makes cakes and brownies bake great. Perfect for that person who loves to cook and host in the family.

This is a great pan. It's a sturdy pan that has weight to it. The non-stick surface works well. It bakes evenly. It's easy to clean and I have no complaints. I would like to note, it may need minor recipe adjustment, usually found in fine print for "dark non-stick pans."

I enjoy baking a lot and I really don't like it when cake pans stick and pull part of the cake off and I have to piece it back together with frosting. So I was glad to get this nice non-stick cake pan. It is not too thick, which could change the cooking times and it could also leave residual heat which would darken the cakes too much. And yet, it is not too thin either, which I think is why some of my other cake pans have ended up dented and crooked. Plus, the non-stick coating is really high quality and works every time for me leaving perfectly cooked, perfectly straight cakes. I've also used this pan to cook breads in, including Irish soda bread and I like the golden brown crust that it had when it was done. Plus, the rim on the pan helps keep batter from dripping in the oven while giving me an easy way to lift the cakes in and out of the oven without digging into the cake to hold on to the pan while getting it out. It's a light-weight cake pan, yet sturdy and well made and easy to wash and clean.

THE MAINSTAY NONSTICK 9 INCH ROUND CAKE PAN IS THE BEST CAKE PAN I HAVE EVER USED. FOR YEARS I HAD A SET OF REGULAR ALUMINUM THAT OFTEN MY CAKE WOULD STICK AND TEAR WHEN I FLIPPED IT OVER. IT WAS SUCH A PAIN BECAUSE IF IT WAS FOR A SPECIAL OCASSION I HAD TO BAKE ANOTHER SET. I PURCHASED SEVERAL OF THESE A FEW MONTHS AGO AND YOU CAN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PAN. EVERY CAKE I COOK IN THESE COMES OUT SO EASILY AND CLEANLY, IT NEVER STICKS. THE TEMPERATURE IS EVEN DISTRIBUTED AND THE CLEAN UP IS AN ABSOLUTE BREEZE. I HAVE HAD THEM A WHILE AND THEY WORK AS WELL AS THE FIRST TIME I USED THEM. I THINK THEY'LL LAST A LONG TIME. I DO HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THIS PAN.

This is a nice little baking pan for anyone that likes to bake and doesnt want to spend a fortune. Its nonstick so I didnt have to use butter or flour in the bottom. I used it to bake cake and brownies and even cooked biscuits in it. It's pretty roomy at 9 inches also! I did burn something in it and had to scrub it a little and it didnt even get scratched up.

This Mainstays Nonstick 9 Round Cake Pan is made of high quality steel and is nine inches in diameter and one and a half inches deep. The Pan care is simple provided that only certain implements are used. Use only plastic, hard rubber, or wooden tools so as to prevent scratching the non stick surface. This means taking additional care but the non stick surface makes removing food from the pan a breeze and cleaning the pan is literally just wiping it out with warm soapy water. This is handy because the pan is not dishwasher safe. And of course this pan is not for stove top use. The ease of cleaning, even with sticky items, make this pan ideal for today's hurried lifestyle. It is ideal for anything that is oven baked. I think it's a great addition to any kitchen.

Well this pan was so needed. The one I previously had burned up..so I threw it out lol. I guess it was a really cheap one. This one is indeed nonstick! I love nonstick cookware because they are easy to clean and cook with as well! I didn’t know (crazy me) that I wasn’t suppose to clean these kind of cookware with things like wire made cleaning items. Well I know now so this pan will last a lot longer than the other one I had.

2 of my cake pans are dented the sides are pushed in. !! The shopper must have seen this and I am aggravated I can't fix them !! I tired of so many problems I might switch to Weis they deliver too !!

Washed 2wice and peeled now rusted! Baked a cakes once in it! It didn't stick! But the quality is cheap! The coating is a spray or however it's made in it and it peels off! Not good at all especially if it's in your food! Guess the price says it all! Bought 2 only 1 peeled! I don't use them often! Been only 1 and 1/2 month .
