I really like this microfiber quilts gray and white stripes pattern which is on one side, and it blends into a more modern look of my bedroom colors, especially the gray. On the other hand, the reverse side is a bright yellow lemon pattern - which is a little bright for my taste, which I'm not really sure I like. The quilt, or what I would call a throw, is pretty lightweight and thin. It is made from a 100% polyester microfiber fabric, and the package states it has been pre-washed - which I'm not really sure I would have even noticed if it were not on the package. With the lightweight feeling fabric, I'll probably store it and get it back out when the weather warms up, when I need a throw that is nice and cool for the hot summer temperatures in Arizona. An advantage of the light weight thin fabric is that it will wash easily in my home washing machine. No need to go out to a laundromat and use an extra large washing machine. There are matching pillow shams available for this quilt/throw, but I did not get them because my preference is to have the gray stripe side showing. The size I got is a king size, which fits my king size bed perfectly, with the right amount of overhang on three sides.
The yellow check reversible quilt is very pretty. I got the queen size. It is lightweight, comfy and cozy. It's good for this Arizona weather. I wish matching shams or pillowcases came with it. I am in the process of ordering some matching shams or pillowcases.
Hi, I received this as a review item and it’s really beautiful yellow reminds me of spring colors! It’s soft good material well made it’s a reversal quilt on one side it’s yellow with white on the other side it’s grey with white measurements are 86 in. X 90 in (218.4 cm x 228.6 cm) it doesn’t come with the sham you must buy that separately what a bummer but other than that very beautiful bright colors brightens up your room! Will have to see if they carry here the shams but I’m assuming they do because they carry many Mainstays items which are the best I have other items of this brand and can’t complain!
Perfect for summer as the material is very thin, yet surprisingly warm when it needs to be. Kinda odd! Microfiber keeps you cool but also comfy. Simple to wash without all the bulk.
I scored this quilt for 4$ thanks to Walmart It's super vibrant and good quality, and looks worth more than 25$ retail normally, it's just beautiful. But I have to say it's sad the shames come an additional charge 2 minimum should've been included!!!! Also it washed fine and softens up great with a little downy and dryer sheets, same quality as a high end quilt!!!
This is a nice quilt. I like that it is reversible, and that both sides of it are actually real patterns. (Rather than just being solid colored on the back side.) It feels nice and durable, and is a nice medium weight. A couple of notes: The description for this quilt includes the word microfiber. I was definitely curious what they variety of microfiber it was going to be made of, since this seemed like an odd material chose. After receiving it, I discovered the variety was actually: Not microfiber! I have no idea why they claim it is. I'm quite familiar with microfiber, and own a huge variety for different purposes—with varying GSM/density, in split weave & loop weave, long/medium/short nap, etc. This quilt seems to have no properties of microfiber that I'm familiar with, other than possibly being made of the same polyester/nylon raw material. This is just [false] marketing, I think. That said, the material feels pretty much just like you'd expect a quilt to feel! It's made of a smooth, comfortable fiber. Laid side-by-side with an older quilt I have, I can see that they're made of slightly different fibers. The old one seems to be almost pure cotton. This one feels like it's made of a more modern blend. This isn't a point against it, though. This quilt feels approximately like my comforter does, and is quite ...well, comfortable. It's not too heavy and not too light. It could be used year-round, depending on the temperature you keep your house, but is probably better suited to cooler temps. Also, it's a "quilt", not a comforter, with all the thick batting inside. It's traditional quilt thickness, with a similar amount of batting. It's good stuff, and if you want a quilt and like the pattern, you'll be happy with it.
I have a full size bed that measures 26.3" from floor to top of foot frame. From floor to bottom of the frame overall is 14" for under-bed storage, and my mattress is 14" - That being said, you'd do well to measure first before ordering this bedding. For me it's no problem, but for the measurements of my bed, if I wanted a cover that touched the floor, I'd have done better ordering a king size. As is, I tuck the end under the bed, and there is no leftover at the head of the quilt to fold down. Again, no problem for me since I'm the only one who sees it. It was quite wrinkled at first. I put it in the dryer on LOW HEAT with NO fabric softener sheets. It came out soft and unwrinkled. I have a hot hybrid mattress, so this is perfect weight. It is fairly thin, so if you're looking for warmth or sleep cold, you might want to upgrade to something thicker.
Beautiful design, quality, color %26 material. It's too new to tell how well it will hold up, but I didn't expect to like it so much or to be of this quality, for the price. It looks great on the bed and adds that pop of well-matched color to brighten up the room.
I didn't keep the quilt, however it wasn't because I didn't like the quilt, it just didn't fit my bed. But I loved the quilt the quality of the quilt the softness of the quilt and the fact that you're really getting your money's worth when you buy this quilt.
I received this item and assumed there would be pillocases based on the pictures. I immediately put it in the washer thinking the cases were in with the quilt. when i pulled it out, there were none there. Ive already thrown away the packaging and washed it, so doubtful i can return it.
