That said, there are a couple of things to note. Wish there were handles on the rolling pin because it's hard to grip— it's fine for short tasks but gets uncomfortable during longer baking sessions. Also, the surface isn't quite as non-stick as I expected, so flouring the dough or pin is a must. Not perfect, but definitely a reliable addition to my kitchen.
