If you are reading this, buy it! I was expecting one of those cheap wooden pieces. I'm pleasantly surprised by this. It is strong, sturdy, and a nice size! It is not thin, but not too thick. Definitely would not have wanted my Granny to have one of these back in the day. 🤣😂 The spatula/flipper area is not thin. It is more on the thicker side. This will last a long time! I really like it. The quality and size make this item very budget friendly, totally worth the money.

I am really glad I finally got this bamboo turner, great kitchen utensil! Light, too! I personally use it to keep the lids away from the pots, so that the soup does not boil over. I also use it to scrape hard leftover bits from nonstick pans (with gentle touches). I am sure that for those who like to use this kind of cooking utensil (made of bamboo or wood) The Mainstays Brand will work perfectly. Thank you Walmart!

This bamboo turner is perfect. Very well-made and quite substantial. (I have to remember not to leave it soaking in the dishpan like the previous one I had purchased.)

My 30 year old wooden spatula was worn down, and most replacements were ridiculously overpriced or were sets contain tools I didn't need. This was inexpensive and just what I needed as a replacement.

This is a super good quality that is ergonomic and so nice to cook with . I had purchased a carbon steel pan and it was suggested to use this type spatula .

I love this turner so much! Perfect length, perfect weight and the very gentle curve to it makes cooking and stirring with it such a breeze.

It's cheap and functional, so I'm going to reluctantly recommend this bamboo cooking spoon, but I was disappointed with how rough the wood was when I got it. Fortunately, I'm a fix-it kind of person and had plenty of sandpaper lying around, as well as mineral oil to season it with once it was truly smooth. If you're looking for a really nice wooden utensil, this is not it, but if you want something low-cost that's good enough, the price makes this right.

I don't know who designed this but for a spatula/flipper for food….why are the sides turned up? That won't go under a pancake or eggs….heck it would be hard to use on a hamburger. It's ok to stir stuff with but that's about it

I i bought this item to replace one I've had for years and still have and it still works fine but I thought well it's getting old so maybe I need to replace it. It came apart split down the cente it came apart split the left side of the Turner from the whole piece and then what was left split in half while I was trying to take it out of the dishwasher. If you zoom in on the picture you can see lines where the wood pieces were glued together. All but the two associated with the handle have now broken off. Would not recommend. We now have a stick instead of a spatula.
