This little trashcan is just great. I love it in the bathroom with that lid. It's perfect. You don't wanna see certain things in the bathroom that people throw away so the lid keeps it covered and I like that as I do not like seeing Bobby Lee stuff body stuff.

Absolutely LOVE this little trash can! It's totally perfect for my needs. We just got a kitten and needed something to keep the dogs from getting into the trash can to eat the cat poo and this does that. Totally thwarted them lol Perfect little trash can.

I ordered 2 of these Mainstays trash cans for our bathrooms when we got a new puppy and he would not stay out of the existing trash cans without lids. They look very nice and are the perfect size for both bathrooms. The peddles work great to open the lids and they wash up very easily. I definitely recommend these small trash cans, they are a quality product at a great price.

This is very light weight. I like that,not so heavy to take care of. seems mostly plastic so don't have to worry about rust. This was very reasonable price,looks good in the bathroom with my brushed nickel faucets.Id recommend this. It is not stainless steel,but that's okay with me.

I needed a small canister pedal trash bucket for my dog's "contributions" to the back yard. This can certainly looks fine and the pedal works for the lid. I may have misread the product description, but I was expecting an interior removable bucket rather than a somewhat flimsy looking U flap on which - I assume, 'cause no instructions included - one can attach a small plastic garbage bag (4 gal capacity??) If this can will NOT be used for animal poop/litter it may work just fine.

It says plastic but I read right past that because it looks like metal in the pictures. It definitely looks very plastic in person as well. I ended up returning it as I didn't like it and it seemed kinda cheap and not great quality. I got a metal one with a removable bin instead for the same price and I prefer the removable bin more than the bag ring this one offers.

Had it delivered, it arrived in a tied Walmart bag. When I undid the bag the lid popped open like a jack in the box. The lid would not stay down. SO! Whoever put it in the bag, they absolutely knew the lid was messed up. Walmart needs to hire people who take pride in the job they do. I returned it the next day.

I had this sitting on a stair next to me, went to activate the lid and the dang thing broke! First time using it and,like so many of Walmart's foreign products, it broke. Please, bring back quality. It is so disappointing that Walmart is now the "Queen of Junk." I have items I bought twenty years ago, from Walmart, that are still in good shape and function as they should. Eventually, Walmart will go the way of K Mart. Get products made in the US. America could use that.

This is a cheap product. The lid doesn't stay closed and there is no auto close of the lid, so it stays open. I bought it to keep my puppy out of the trash can, but it has to close to make that plan successful. It might work better without a trash bag, but there is no liner can and the bottom is not sealed so a trash bag is necessary. I would never recommend or buy again. I'm getting ready to put this trash can in the trash! Going back to Lowe's for a real step-on trashcan!

I bought this online. Although the description said it is plastic, it is the cheapest of plastics. I guess I was expecting hard plastic. For example, it seems that if you blew hard enough, you would blow this trash can away.
