Mainstays Black Classic Column Solar Powered LED Path and Garden Light, 2 Lumens

For the price, you cannot go wrong with these solar powered pathway lights. Arrived nicely packaged with rechargeable batteries pre-installed and instructions included. Setup was easy and the lights worked right out of the box. Pros: - Provides lots of light for such a small item. - Easy to setup (simply remove battery tab). - Easy to install in the ground (stakes can be pushed in or hammered). - Automatically turns on and off based on ambient light (dusk till dawn). - Nice sleek modern look. - Light stays on the entire night. - If the batteries ever die, they can easily be replaced. Each light has a single 1.2V 2/3AA 150mAh battery. Cons: - Out of the 12 lights, one would not power on. Following the instructions of unscrewing the battery compartment and wiping the battery ends seemed to resolve the issue. However, the light would then flicker a bit. The battery compartment screws had to be tightened down a lot more and then the issue went away. Maybe a loose connection? After cleaning and tightening the screws, the issue went away. - No option or switch to turn the lights off if no longer needed. Not a big deal. Overall, these lights function correctly, provided adequate light, look fantastic, and are easy to setup and install. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to light up their garden or walkways with affordable path lights.

At first I thought... this can’t be my lack of six lights? Well it was! They are packaged in a very compact manner and each spike comes in three parts. The top, light, a middle tube section and then the spiked pointed end. Easy to assemble and quick. Charges quickly and lit up the area I needed very nicely, thinking of grabbing some more!

I have had these lights for a little while now. I have them all across the front of my house and I love walking at night because you can see our house from far away. These line my flower beds and look very pretty. The had a quick pull tab and then you connect the ground spikes to the light section and they're ready to be set outside. They have worked very well since I got them. The only thing I did notice is the clear plastic was cracked on a few. It may be a packaging issue but they have held up for a long time now. It's an led light so they last quite a long time. They're bright-like I said I can see them from far away shining at my house. They can be a little complicated to move if the spike is in the ground pretty well. But I haven't needed to move many. I like them and would get more in the future.

I love these solar powered landscape lights. I put them in the yard and I love that they are solar powered. They give off just enough light in the area that I put them. I am really happy with these lights.

I used these for the front of my house and for the walkway. These light up well and adds so much more a nicer look to the house. I did have too many in one spot(pic below) which looked a little off but then I separated them and was much better. The set up personally was not great for me as I had to remove a long sticker from each one which not to mention was super sticky. Other than setup, I am satisfied

I chose these because their design was gender neutral, simple , and classy. . So happy that I did. They were slimmer than I expected. but pleasantly surprised by the quality quality especially for the price.

These lights were very easy to assemble. They came charged right out of the box. I put them in the flowerbed and took this picture. So I’m sure they’ll get even brighter after charging all day. I love how they look amongst my ferns. Why pay $$ when you can get nice solar lights for much less? I am going to buy more to line my other flower beds. I highly recommend these lights.

These lights aren't the most powerful, they aren't the best made and they aren't the best looking BUT for the price, I don't think you can beat them. The light from them is amber and you should be able to light a path fairly well at night. I like to have a little glow around my pool area, so I've used them in the decorative grasses surrounding my pool decking. I haven't had the best of luck with other solar path lights I've paid more for, so if they're going to be something that I have to replace every couple of years, I feel better about spending less for them and these meet the need. If the picture is included with the review, it is taken above the light to show the radius of the light cast by the lamp.

These lights are very delicate, and easily to break with very minimal force to insert into the soil. I purchased 2 pieces to try them. I put outside under sun source for 24hrs before insert into the soil. It didn't light up. The pointy part that to be inserted into the soil is inserted opposite when you purchase so you have to flip it before inserting it. There wasn't clear instruction for this, so I tried to insert without flipping it, the head broke with barely minimal force and scratch my hands. I regret I bought it. I do not recommend to buy.

I received the Mainstays Classic Column Pathway Lighting Set. This was a 6 pack of lights and was surprised that they came in a very small box. That is because they come in 3 parts and have to be put together. I found it was very easy to put them together and to pull the tab out of the battery compartment. They were ready to go outside in only a couple of minutes. They are made very well and looked and felt like they would last. I put them out early in the day so they could be in the sun for a very long time. That first night they were (in my opinion) bright and made the walkway and front patio area bright enough to see to walk to the front door which is nice. They were also bright enough to see from the street. I was very surprised that they lasted for the whole night. Unfortunately, that only lasted for about 3 or 4 nights. I have had the lights for one week now and last night (the 7th night) they lasted for only about 4 ½ hours. That’s it!! Not one or two going bad, but every single one were out after 4 ½ hours. I could not recommend these to anyone as I expect that they will not work much longer
