Mainstays Café Curtain Clip Rings, 14 pack, Bronze

I trashed my dishwasher - now I was left with a big hole in my kitchen. With a tension rod %26 some fabric on hand, I clipped these little clips, and no more unsightly hole!

I really love my kitchen window curtains, but sliding them all the way open was impossible until i found these! Exactly what i needed, and super easy too!

Overall, these clips work well. They slide easily across the rod surface. I docked one star due to my package containing 13 clips instead of 14 as advertised.

These rings are easier to use than the older ones, as they are made of thinner metal and are easy to squeeze open. They are a great value and a quick solution to hanging curtains. Knit fabric, rod, and rings all from Walmart, make smashing looking curtains on a modest budget.

These keep coming off the curtain everytime you slide curtain back and forth ,Guess reason they dont clip strong enough. Very annoying to keep having to take completely down ,reclip, And reslide on the rid and then hang whole thing over and over again .Ones used in the past never gave this much trouble Wish I would of just slid curtain on rod instead. .I was thinking these would slide easier but do not. Looked for different brand but did not find, Si no easy option.

These “clips” don't hold anything. I barely got them to hold the curtain up in one place, but when the curtains are slid (or touched, or heaven forbid the window be open and curtain catches a breeze) they fall off again. Waste of money and I'll have to replace them.

The only good thing I can say about these rod clips is the color. Other than that, they are horrible. I've used these clips in the past but this year, I noticed the quality has changed dramatically. They are so flimsy until the clips would not stay attached to my kitchen curtains. I might also add that the curtains were in no way heavy because they were sheers. The problem is with the tension mechanism in that the new material that these clips are made of is too thin. I compared the new clips with the ones I previously purchased a couple years ago and there's a noticeable difference. I will not be purchasing this Mainstay brand of clips again.

Unfortunately, these rings were completely ineffective. They simply failed to hold the curtain. They just did not grip tightly enough. The curtain was cloth, not slippery, nor heavy. The rings were just too weak.

Looking at the picture, it was hard to tell how well it would grip the fabric. Now I know: It doesn't. These rings are incredibly cheap -- even more in quality than in price. After trying them out for a couple of weeks, I finally had to find better quality rings and throw these out. I'm hoping to save others the frustration and the cost. These rings aren't worth the money, better to pay more and get curtain rings that hold up the curtains.

The hooks are so weak that they will not hold up my light curtains. They don't tighten enough to stay on. What a waste. DO NOT BUY.
