Mainstays Chiara 16pc Black Dinnerware Set

First let me start by saying the extra precautions this company took to ensure the product arriving in one piece was exceptional. The box was in another box with extra cardboard slides as well as bubble wrap at the top and bottom of the box then they wrapped the box With approximately 4 inches of bubble wrap. With that said yes the 16 piece set did arrive without any damage. The set is dishwasher safe which makes life way easier for everyone. The dishes are a shiny black not a doll color and are quite beautiful. They are not made cheap they are quite Solid and have a good weight to each piece. I highly recommend these sets and would certainly consider them for upcoming Christmas gifts.

I received the set of Mainstays Chiara Dinnerware Set in a very well packed box. When I opened the box, not one piece was broken or cracked. I have the black set and they are a lot glossier than I expected; they really shine. Although it says dinnerware, these dishes can be used throughout your meals. It was too late for my morning coffee, so I used the mug at dinner. I also used it the following morning for coffee. I was easy to use and kept my coffee hot without being too warm to hold. The dinner plates are very generous and will hold a full meal. I did not use the salad plate at dinner, but I did use it for lunch the next day and it too was very generous for a salad plate. The bowl is larger than my usual bowls, so it will hold whatever food you need; cereal, salad, ice cream etc. I hand washed the dishes and they held up very well. Although they were in the sink together, there were no scratches. I am extremely pleased with these dishes and will recommend them to anyone looking for a dinnerware set. Note: I received this product as a promotion and chose the black to match my purple place settings.

I love these dishes. The black is awesome and it goes with my dishes. The bowls are DEEP and great for anything! The plates are the perfect size, and the edges are slightly raised so nothing slips off. The mugs are also the perfect size and great for morning coffee or tea. I ran them through the dishwasher and they did fine! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This Mainstays Chiara 16pc black dinnerware set has 4 mugs, 4 salad plates, 4 dinner plates, and 4 bowls. They're all matte black. Very sturdy and they look modern. Dishwasher safe. I really love this set. It's just enough for a small family! Great price for what you get!

First, these were exceptionally well packed on arrival. The mugs and bowls are so much deeper than any set I have ever owned. Which means large bowls of cereal for hungry teenagers. Other than water spots from the dishwasher, since I chose black, they cleaned up great. My daughter wants them for college now.

I purchased this set in gray in store and liked it so much I decided to order a second set online. When I saw that the same nice set came in black I returned the grey set and ordered two in black. They arrived last evening in perfect condition and they are beautiful. They are a good solid weight and look gorgeous on my table. I would buy them again.

Great setThere are 4pcs of each: dinner plate, smaller plate, bowl, and mug. The dinner plate, is a nice size. The smaller plate is actually more of medium size, and somewhat deep. The bowl size is amazing! Will definitely make a good cereal bowl, it's nice and deep. The mugs are a great size. The black color is very rich and nice, with a little Sheen to it, so very easy to clean. The product is nice and thick. Would definitely recommend

This is a lovely set of dinnerware for 4. We ordered the black and it was a nice shiny black color to match my kitchen Fat Chef red and black theme. The dishes are also quite heavy duty also. As empty nesters this is all the amount of dishware we really need. If you are thinking of purchasing these I would go ahead, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Well packaged and good quality. Took everything out and washed it well. A few friends came over and I wanted to try the new dinnerware. Well made, and fit well into my dish rack for drying. I don't use a dishwasher. No none said a word about the new dinnerware and that's a good thing, until I said did anyone notice the new plates? I laughed and said these are now my favorite go to dishes when guests come over. They all then said they loved them. I love them too.

These dishes are very nice and arrived in perfect condition. Packaged very well to insure they would not break. They match my kitchen perfectly that I have decorated in black with touches of buffalo plaid. I put them all in the dishwasher which is something that I love because I do not like hand washing dishes. They're also microwave safe. My husband liked the coffee mugs. He said, finally, a manly coffee mug! They're quite nice and a good size. These would be a perfect gift for newlyweds to get them started. I'd recommend them for anyone and since they're reasonably priced you can buy a couple sets to have enough for a large dinner party.
