Mainstays Chunky Chenille Yarn, 31.7 yd, Ivory, 100% Polyester, Super Bulky, Pack of 4

My granddaughter was in need of just the right color and type of yarn to finish her project. I am regular shopper of Walmart and got on their website she gave me the description and I ordered it and it came the next day. Happy girl happy Grandma. I always get the right thing and it comes fast and gently laid down on my porch. Thank you Walmart. We need you so glad your just a phone call away. L K O

Nice and big! They are huge but a bit short, but what can you do. It you have a blanket in mind, get lots. It's worth it though! It's really soft and ties together really well as well. I'm getting so much more!

I use this yarn to make chunky yarn hand knitted blankets, this white yarn is so fluffy and soft, found a couple thin spots but was hidden in the knitting, Mainstay chunky yarn has 31.7 yards of yarn per skein, which I think is more than other brands, the price is great also

I love this yarn! It is not as thick as some yarns, but it is super soft and it allows me to knit tight, and the result is a blanket that you can use your round! Not too heavy and definitely not too light either just perfect for year-round use

This yarn is NOT chunky yarn, it is NOT super bulky, which is what I thought I ordered, it is “cozy chenille “, which is MUCH THINNER! False advertising. It is not the same thing as the red and yellow chunky yarns I bought. Very disappointing. Am going to talk to a friend and see if she will knit me something out of this. Trying to “make lemonade” here. If you want a yarn that is smaller than chunky, this would probably work for you.

I ordered the chunky yarn and had to return it only to receive the cozy yarn vs the chunky, twice! I have to return it again. Very disappointed. The other colors were correct and were chunky but the white yarn was wrong both times. I will be returning all of the yarn and not ordering from here ever again.

sent the wrong color...i was to get 3 boxes of 4 hot pink...i got 1 (one) box of hot pink..1 of red RED and one of blue BLUE... CLEARLY whoever packed box 2 and 3 was color blind OR JUST DIDN'T CARE...i cannot finish mt project now due to someone's lack of checking each product...

Specifically for the multi-color skeins, the patterns is consistent enough, that if a skein is "off" the whole project looks terrible. Are some wound backwards? I purchased a different color and tried to line them up to have the pattern repeat properly. Between 12 skeins, I couldn't find the same repeating pattern in more than 3 skeins.

I was trying to use the yarn and it kept falling apart so I wasn’t able to use for my knitting project and it was for a gift I needed to finish for a present for Christmas so I’m really upset. 😢 I need this to give my gift and now I can’t finish my knitting project and she isn’t going to get a gift on Christmas Day. I am really upset. I can’t even imagine what I will have to do now. It takes weeks to ship another package of yarn to me. So disappointed. No nice Christmas present for my daughter this year.

This review is not on product, but on the reliability of the shipper. Sending a wrong item is unacceptable...always check the order. The hassle of having to return the wrong item, then reorder....TIME WASTED!
