they actually do cool you down,because i sweat sometimes at night from the heat. i still sweat a little but now i wake up with hair not wet,wet,wet would definitely buy again. a little expensive for my wallet but i was so tired of waking up drenched in sweat and these stopped that best used for both head and shoulders at the same time for maximum coolness. they were worth every penny im 63 years old so post menopausal or menopausal women should treat themselves to these pillows. they were a Godsend

Fluffy, puffy . Certainly Not flat. Cooling side does stay cool, especially in the AC. Comfy side is just a normal pillow. Not firm, but firm enuf to give comfort when you lay your head down. As a side sleeper, I like it. Made well, and a good buy. You will be satisfied 😌 with this pillow. Plus you can't go wrong with the 2 for price. Excellent deal.

I would suggest buying two pillows and stuffing them both in to one pillow case. A single pillow just flattens out to nothing when you rest your head on it. I'm using my old pillow still, I've repurposed this pillow as another cat bed. The Cats Love It !!

Purchasing for the second time. Full but not hard. The cool side is actually cool. I'm a stomach sleeper, these pillows are the best I've found for that. They eventually get lumpy and lose their shape but they remain cool and comfortable.

I bought 2 and one I gifted my roommate and she loves it and one for myself for summer when I get hot , but I had to use it and I used the other side and I liked that theirs another side that's not so cold and also softer side to a side sleeper. I definitely recommended.

I bought these cooling bed pillows in the past. for some reason they just don't seem as cool. but they're still good. I love them almost 4 years ago and they were about $8. now the price is gone up quite a bit. But they're still good. I get really hot at night and I'll reach over and grab for one of those pillows and it cools me off.

These pillows are a little less than what I expected for the money but chose to keep simply because of company coming in and had to have fast. But not recommended because of not being the firmness I thought they would have and I truly don't think they will last long. They feel like a cheap grade material but hopefully they are cool like they claim to be! The company didn't complain, of course!

Do you like a pillow that has 0 Support, falls in instantly And sound's like your sleeping on a plastic bag? Then this is the pillow for you. At first it looks like a decent pillow. But once you lay on it, it goes flat and you sink down instantly. The "Cooling" Side has a plastic/paper bag sound when you touch it, or try to lay on it. so it feels like your sleeping on a plastic bag. i Returned them. Stay Away 100%

Came with a huge hole!! Pillow is much smaller than I expected. The cooling side is definitely not a cool side compare to other cooling pillows. The pillow is soft, but it goes completely flat when you lay on it
