Mainstays Cotton Touch Pillow Cover Protector , S/Q – Zippered, Soft, (2 Count)

Just what I was looking for. It tailor-fits a standard pillow (smoothly without wrinkles), zips down the side without the zipper being uncomuncomfortably felt thru the pillow, it keeps the actual pillow from dust and germs, and is reasonably priced. Note, it is NOT the one with plastic lining that protects the pillow from liquid. Food and liquid can permeate thru your pillow case and this protector and still stain your pillow, but it gives it one more layer of protection at least. Overall a great item!

These are great for extending the life of your pillows. They do a great job at protecting the pillow without any plastic or crinkling going on, you can't even tell they're there. They're also easily machine washable and leave the pillows beneath feeling clean. Great for guests or folks with oily scalps.

This is the second time I have boughten the Mainstays Pillow covers. I love them, especially for our feather pillows! I use them under the regular pillowcase , they are easy to wash and put back on with another pillowcase over. Nice way to protect your pillows.

Be aware this is a pillow cover of standard/queen sizing. It may be a slight bit larger than expected on a standard pillow, but the fit difference is negligible in use. Material of a good thread count makes the fabric durable. Zippers work as expected. Good pricing, affordable.

I purchased this set of 2 pillow covers to cover my new Sertapedic Extra Firm Standard/Queen Bed Pillows. The pillow covers feel soft, smooth, and fit perfectly on the new pillows. No issues with the zippers either. I'm definitely going to order more especially with such a great price.

I just put these on two new pillows I got. But first I bought pillow covers that were vinyl or plastic. They were kind of noisy when laying on the pillow. These covers are cloth, so there won't be that problem. They fit a standard pillow. I should have bought this kind from the start.

It is literally a pillowcase with a zipper If you're looking for a pillowcase that doesn't Fall off then I'd definitely recommend But it's definitely not a protector I mean in some ways it is a protector But then a normal pillow case would also be considered a protector I put 3 stars because I actually just used is as a pillowcase which actually works wonderfully and since I move a lot at night having a zipper is very useful But as far as it protecting my pillow from dirt and dust going through the fabric the material definitely didn't live up to that expectations so I would say it's great if you are like me and are looking for a way for your pillow case to stay on at night during those active dreams and such So I definitely recommend it for that But as far as keeping dust and other things away The material is just not suited for that So I definitely do recommend it for certain uses but for the original use I would have to say no Maybe if there was another layer of fabric sewn into it or possibly even some other kind of material It would work ☺️ Yeah Thanks for reading And I wish you good luck on finding something that works for you and your needs! For the price and a quick resolution of a need, these worked. However, if there is a pattern on your pillow and you use light solid colored pillowcases, that pattern will most likely show through. It does on mine, and I use nice quality white or ivory. I've purchased these in the past, and they were not as sheer. They lean very much to the queen size instead of standard, but I doubt it will be noticeable once in a pillowcase. Overall, I recommend these based on the price. Personally, if they weren't on the spare bedroom bed, I'd look for better ones.

I had to modify these to fit my standard pillows. My pillows came with something similar to this on them when I bought them, and inside of it was a sealed pillow of fluff, and it was relying on the zippered case to provide the structure, but because these cases were too big, it wasn't comfortable. I had to remove about 4" from the long side and 2" from the short side to get them to fit right.

I shopped at Walmart.com, from the beginning. My last order, trying to get customer service, is a nightmare. This has changed. The store manager, if they even have one, no matter how hard you try. Phone may ring no voicemail, just continuing. Walmart knows what they're doing. The people now in charge, are rude, and disconcerting in their attitude. I went to 3 different Walmarts in Springfield, Illinois to try and conquer the mess at Walmart.com, put me in. I tried to order three things. Pillow case covers, LED small light, and sheets. I return the sheets, returning the light today. I will keep the pillowcase covers. I hope you can understand my emails. 6 hours of a complete mess, being directed wrongfully, given information they knew was wrong 1.88.walmart, is a joke. Each call I made went to Pakistan. The English is pretty good. Well matter who I spoke to, whether be supervisor or a representative, each one repeated the same 4 lines. More than once during a conversation. You are told by Walmart, any problems call 1800 Walmart. You and I, know not only is that a nightmare, but worthless. Now, if you want to hear the continuous lines and go for it. The people in the store whom I spoke to, laughed in my face, cut me off, and spat me out the sooner the better so I would leave. You, corporate, CEO, and the managers in charge all know what a joke this is. I am the person who used to compliment anyone I could if an employee went beyond. To help. BESIDES RETURNING MY LIGHT TOMORROW, YOU WON'T EVER HAVE. TO WORRY ABOUT ME AGAIN, IN STORE OR ONLINE I KNOW FOR A FACT WHOEVER'S READING THIS REALLY DOESN'T CARE! When the clerks in the store are more concerned, they hear you and go out of their way to help you have a satisfactory Walmart visit. Clearly know what I'm talking about. I worked. As coordinator of insurance benefits for BCBS, 30 years. I did not care if someone was screaming at me, cussing me, or downright mad. They always knew I was listening. Take notes and do everything possible to make the situation better. This is how I am when trying to solve a problem. I realized it's not a problem, this is the new Walmart way of handling wrongs.
