Beautiful coloring of the gold. It does not come off as cheesy or fake looking, rather more of a refined gold look sheen. The rods are durable and offer solid support when installed as directed. Quality item for a great price. I purchased three sets and all of excellent quality.

Super sturdy curtain rod that looks like a designer brand but at a fraction of the cost. Comes with standard screws and hardware but our drywall has a nonstandard thickness so we needed to get professional installation. Now we know and we'll start with longer screws. The brass is perfect. Not too yellow or orange. Looks very upscale.

These curtain rods are just what I needed for my two double windows in my living room in my new apartment. I only wish that I could have obtained them in white.

This is a high quality curtain rod. Everything you need to install it comes with the packaging, except, of course, the drill and screwdriver. Comes with 3 rods. The curtain itself is not included. I have installed window curtain rod many times before and it is my opinion that you will also need a studfinder to install this rod, unless your home is made of very thick solid wood. Also, this product is meant to be installed on thick wood (not sheet rock), and in my opinion is unsuitable for thin walls or metallic walls (such as RV type). To my knowledge, this curtain rod cannot be installed without creating screw holes in the walls. Overall, I do recommend this product.

This curtain rod looks very nice and was 1/3 of the price of another discount big box store. It looks really sharp with our newly painted bedroom and dark curtians. I will be buying another set in the near future as I have other window curtain hardware I want to replace.

These rods are a beauty and a steal! The weight is heavy enough for heavier black out curtains. The size is wide enough to wear the dont look cheap and flimsy. Easy install. Took me about 10 minutes by myself. I will be replacing the rest of the rods in my house with more of these.

For reference: I have had this for 7-8mo. The paint scratches off easily. If it runs against your ceiling or walls the paint transfer is difficult to remove. The anchors that come with it are insufficient and break easily. Though the metal does seem sturdy and I haven't noticed any bend.

Rod assembles in a very strange manner. Doesn't screw together in center, instead has a smaller rod inside that just hangs the two end pieces together. Nothing stable, I had to use Trex heavy duty clear tape to make it work. Guessing the end hooks and screws are supposed to be the stabilizing mechanism…? Doesn't make sense.

These do not twist and lock so whenever you open the curtain, it pulls on the rod and changes the length. They are cheaper than they look in the picture. If I had not already installed, I would return and get better ones.

One star because this was not what I ordered for delivery and despite immediately responding to the substitution and repeatedly using the “chat with shopper/driver” function, the driver checked out and delivered without looking at the chat or the substitution rejection. Had to then take time to go through the return process.
