Surprisingly, very comfortable to sit on. The only thing I would complain about is that the back is a bit straight, and you cannot adjust it. The padding is very soft as well.

It took my husband 25 minutes to put the chair together just using the included L-shaped tool (allen wrench). I'd say it's nice and compact compared to the Ikea one we replaced. Husband is 180 lbs and 5'8" and it's the perfect size for him. Maybe up to a height 5'10" it will work but not for someone taller.

ASSEMBLY: I'm one of those people that always makes mistakes assembling cabinets, even following the manual. But I assembled this chair easily without even checking the manual. DESIGN: Canada's Centre for Occupational Health and Safety provides recommendations for "Working in a Sitting Position" such as: - Keep the joints such as hips, knees, and ankles at an angle of 90° or slightly higher - Keep knee joints at or below the hip joints - Keep ankle joints in front of the knees - Keep a gap the width of three fingers between the back of the knee joint and the front edge of the seat - Keep feet flat on the floor or on a footrest. - Keep the upper body straight (not twisted) and in an upright position - Keep the lumbar support of the back rest in your lumbar region (curve in the lower back) - Keep the back straight (avoiding twisting) - Keep the head aligned with the spine - Keep upper arms between vertical and 20° forward - Keep elbows at an angle around 90°, close to the body, and avoid lifting or dropping shoulders - Keep the wrists straight and aligned with the forearms. - Place the working object so that it can be seen at viewing angle of 10° to 30° below the line of sight. Reading those while using it, this chair makes it feasible to follow every one. So far good impression, especially given its reasonable price. This is my 1st day with it though, so I can't testify how it feels using it long-term. No known conflicts of interest. Super comfortable, I feel like the headrest is in the perfect spot. I have scoliosis so I find chairs to be really uncomfortable but I really like this one. Great quality for a great price and easy to assemble.

Great Chair for a great price didn't think I needed that 400 dollar chair for 2 hrs. on the computer, can't comment on 8 hr. comfort but there's no complaints on the 2 hrs. that I am! Suits my needs perfectly, would buy again if need be!

It's good for regular office use but i feel the lumbar support could have been a bit more protruded. It has not solved my lower back issue but I may need a higher end chair. Overall this chair is very comfortable for moderate use. I wanted to give 4.5 but that option is not available

it is quite comfortable, however while i was setting this up i notice a strange odour coming from the chair. i had to spray a fabric spray bc it did smell kinda bad. it is still a good chair however but the smell did throw me off. recommend for budget chairs for gaming or work.

Not quite ergonomic the arms rests are not adjustable and the neck rest also not quite adjustable the title of the product must match the actual product be careful about what you are selling that a violation of law

This chair is marketed as ergonomic, but it doesn't meet that standard. The armrests are not adjustable, even though they should be. The lumbar support is also fixed and cannot be adjusted to suit different seating positions. Backrest angle is also fixed cannot be adjusted Overall, it lacks the flexibility you'd expect from an ergonomic chair.

Right now I am stuck, the bolts won't go in Step 1. So, tomorrow when Customer Service opens, they will need to help me or fix it. I have not overtightened or stripped the bolts, they just will not go by hand into the base where it is supposed to. What a waste of my time!
