This pillow is great. It's feel good soft yet firm enough to give good support and so far has not flattened out. I love the old fashioned fabric. It reminds me of the pillows we had when I was a kid. I like the pillow, I will be ordering more of these. I'm pretty hard on pillows and usually destroy them in just a few short weeks. I'm thinking these may hold up for a while longer. Time will tell but for now I definitely recommend giving this one a try.
Very middle of the road pillow - not too hard, not too soft - I found it to be extremely comfortable and in usually someone who is picky about pillows.
I have used this pillow for three nights and all three night, I have had a good night sleep. I am a side sleeper. It's cozy to rest your head on, sleep on and just effort support so you don't have a stiff neck. Pillow is holding its shape so doesn't need fluffing. For those side sleepers , who like a pillow between their knees, i found this pillow to comfortable. I think this pillow would work for back support in a chair too.
Great pillow. It's super comfortable. It's not too soft and not too hard. I'm funny about my pillows because I've had some where it would hurt my neck when I wake up. This one seems just right. I'm a side and back sleeper and I have had a great nights sleep the last couple of nights. It fits in my pillow case well. I like how it has the hypoallergenic filling that's a plus for me.
The jumbo size Every Night Pillow offers cushioned support for most sleep positions. It seems to be a basic and pretty soft pillow which works okay for me. I sleep on my side most nights and feel that firmer pillows don't keep my head and neck properly aligned. I can fold the Every Night Pillow in half when I want my head elevated a little bit when lying down so that I can view my smartphone. The pillow appears to be well made. Pillow protectors are sold seperately and are usually a good investment. Packaging states the filling is hypoallergenic fiberfill and that the cover has antimicrobial properties. Washing instructions state the pillow can be washed if it is pre-soaked and washed in an appropriately sized machine. In our household, we tend to replace pillows periodically, about every 1-2 years since they sometimes break down or accidentally get stained. Routine Care instructions state the pillow can be re-fluffed by placing it in a clothes dryer on a warm setting for 10 minutes. The average Walmart store usually has a decent selection of pillows to choose from since we all have different preferences for pillow firmness and size.
I received this item for free in exchange for a review through the Walmart reviewer program. I have been sleeping with it for a few weeks now- probably close to a month so I feel ready to accurately review it now. I was previously sleeping on a much thicker memory foam pillow that was very heavy and stiff without much give. This pillow is pretty much the exact opposite so it took some getting used to. I do still have some mixed feelings about it because while I have gotten used to it now, it is still much thinner than I'm used to. I'm a side sleeper and I have to put my arm under my head below the pillow so that it feels supported. Maybe this pillow is made more for stomach and back sleepers? Or perhaps it should be doubled up with another pillow to make it tall enough. I have woken up with a kink in my neck a couple times but that was at the beginning of using the pillow. I do however love how light weight the pillow is. It made it so much easier to use during our recent vacation trip. It was really nice to have in the car sleeping against the window. It's also nice just to sleep with it being lighter weight. It makes it alot easier to move and adjust while trying to sleep at night. I plan to continue using this pillow for awhile longer after reviewing it but I may eventually go back to my heavy memory foam pillow or more likely , I'll get a second of the same pillow to stack so that I get the best of both worlds- light weight and fluffy but taller and thicker for my side sleeping. Overall I'm happy with it and I have noticed that it doesn't go flat over time which I love.
These pillows are great when used as the pillows that you use to stand up on your bed with your comforters matching pillow shams on them. As to sleeping on them, not so good IMO. There is not much neck support. So I woke up with a sore neck. I have had to use this pillow in conjunction with several other pillows to prevent that problem. I do like the price and the fact that this pillow is made right here in the USA.
I had myself and my husband sleep with this pillow and we had two different opinions. But mine is the one that counts since I'm doing the review lol! I wanted a thicker pillow to sleep with, so I wanted to try this one. The only proem is, it's too thick. I mean, the size is fine, but it doesn't conform to my head. Now if that's what you are looking for, then this is the pillow for you. It would be good for sitting up in bed reading or something but sleeping on it, I felt like my head was too forward, neck too bent...if that makes sense. On the other hand, I changed out my husband's pillow with this one and he didn't even notice. He said if I hadn't of told him, he wouldn't have known. So that just goes to show, it really does depend on the person when it comes to this pillow I guess. I wouldn't recommend. My husband, he's indifferent.
Being a side sleeper, I like a firm pillow so my head is at least even with my shoulders. This pillow was very dissapointing for me. It almost felt like there was nothing between my head and bed at all. Even laying on my back it was a pretty flat experience. The title of the offered product made me assume there would be 2 shipped (as in 2PK) but I only received one. I doubt if even both together would have been firm enough, but I didn't get a chance to know that. So, if you like any support in a pillow, I wouldn't recommend this one. It would be great if your kid had a sleepover and needed extra pillows, or for use in campers. The picture I submitted shows a 3 lb. ball on each.
What started out as a fluffy dreamy cloud, after a few months is flat and hard as wood. Another one for the garbage. My old discontinued Main Stays Deep Pocket pillow that's under this one has more fluff to it. Neck issues and a headache every morning. Can't sleep. Sick of it. People do need to get a full nights rest, you know. It's why we buy pillows, they need to be made for that purpose. If you think making pillows that appeal to the customer in the store knowing it will do this after a few months, so the buyer goes buys another one, you're clearly mistaken assuming that on this princess. This money making scheme is not going to work on me. I'm going to another brand. I may even buy Pollyfill and stuff my own like my mom used to when I was a little girl. Those things stayed fluffy for years.
