The color is exactly like the picture, a dark purple. It is very soft and the construction is very sturdy. I have a small child and they rock in this and it doesnt collapse or fall over.

The only bad thing about the chair is its kinda loud. When you move around in it it kinda makes creaking sounds. Other than that I really love it! Super easy to set up you just flip it over and slide a little latch closed. The plush faux fur is so soft I was just running my hands over it for 20 minutes hehe. Its a very pretty colour and super cute.

Nothing wrong with the chair for an 7-8 year old. She loves it! The only issue thus far is with delivery. It was beat up pretty bad which made me worry about the condition of the chair. The box was so bad the gift couldn't even be wrapped. I see that this is a continuing issue with delivery for this chair and some included damage. This chair is not for an adult for sure. The pink color is dark and pretty and there is enough cushion to make it comfortable.

This product would have been perfect if it had not been delivered to me full of mold! The back of the chair was completely filled with specks of mold EVERYWHERE and smelled completely like mold. It took me quite some time to remove all the mold with Clorox wipes and I am feeling a bit uneasy having it because of that moldy smell. I’m thinking I should exchange it... it’s too bad because it is a very cute and comfy chair.

Ordered hot pink chair for adult but received multicolored chair for teens. Apparently someone else decided to substitute it. Person it was bought for didn't know about the bait and switch and was happy else I would have returned it. Not happy myself but they are.

I bought the exact kind of chair but in a different color from another seller and I would of bought this chair from that seller but they didn't have it in black. I paid less and the chair is nice and big and fluffy. This chair is so small and not fluffy at all. I am very disappointed that's all I can say definitely false advertising

It's a BEAUTIFUL chair EXCEPT both my daughter and I fell off of it, sustaining major bruises. You cannot reach left or right if you're sitting in it, YOU WILL FALL.

Arrived dirty and broken, box was so damaged I could not even use to return. Said they would send a replacement right away, only for the replacement to be delayed with “no new estimated ship date” so I cancelled. Trying to get refunded has been an absolute nightmare!! I have talked to customer service three times and after a total of about 60 mins on the phone with wait times and no solutions the result was take the damaged chair into the store and I’ve added a note to your order for them to accept. Guess what, arrived at the store only for the customer service worker to tell me they can not accept the return and there is no note on the order. Wait for the digital team person… only for her to tell me to call the 1-800 customer service line AGIAN. Absolutely not!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Walmart for sending me a defective item and making it so impossible to be refunded. I chose to leave the broken chair at the customer service desk in the store without getting a refund because I am DONE hauling it around. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience ever. Also when I went to rate my service, to give a “0” rating, ironically my “link to leave a rating review has already expired.” Wow.
