Mainstays Faux Sisal Brown High Low Loop Indoor Area Rug, 5 ft x 7 ft

Love this size. Very hard size to find and believe me I have looked everywhere! Needed a larger rug than the normal 30x46 inch size and this rug 4feet by 5.4 feet fit the bill. Great value for the price. Our entryway is straight from outside so we needed something that would get the dirt off. Most rugs were too commercial looking and this was the perfect balance.

I'M NOT NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE LUXURY OF SISAL BUT THIS FAUX SISAL BY MAINSTAYS WAS A SURPRISE. IT IS MADE FROM OLEFIN AND THE PICTURE DOESN'T REFLECT THE REAL THING. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. I WANTED AN EXTRA RUG IN THE BEDROOM BUT COULDN'T HIDE THIS ONE SO I PUT IT IN MY ENTRYWAY. MY DOG LOVES IT TOO. IT VACUUMS VERY EASY AND SAM'S CLAWS DOES NOT GET CAUGHT. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM ROLLING ON IT. HE APPROVES!! THE BACKING LOOKS VERY GOOD AND I DON'T BELIEVE IT WILL BE GOING ANYWHERE. WHEN I OPENED IT I THOUGHT THERE MAY BE AN ODOR BUT THERE WASN'T. IT HAS 100 PERCENT OLEFIN PILE. IT WILL BE GREAT IN HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS. WITH THIS BEING STAIN RESISTANT AND FIRE RETARDANT I DON'T THINK I WOULD WANT THE COSTLY UPKEEP OF SISAL. I THINK YOU CAN TAKE THIS RUG OUTSIDE AND HOSE IT DOWN. I KNOW THE SMALLER RUGS ARE MACHINE WASHABLE. I AM A RECYCLED TEENAGER SO HEAVY HOUSE WORK DOESN'T COME EASY AND I NEED EASY TO CARE FOR PRODUCTS. I LOVE WALMART'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICIES BUT I DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE RETURNING THIS WHEN YOU FEEL THE SOFTNESS AND SEE HOW PRETTY IT IS. I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT WHEN I SAW IT AND I THINK YOU WILL TOO.

I love this rug. I purchased it to put on the patio but when I saw the rug I decided it was too nice to let get wet outside. I decided to put it in my kitchen at the entry door, so there is plenty of room for people to take their shoes off and leave them on the rug I would buy again.

MainStays Faux Sisal Gray 5x7 rug has Lighter gray mix with dark gray in the center and the border is a darker gray. I picked this rug to match the runner I put in the bedroom. I decide that I would put the MainStay Faux Sisal Gray 5x7 rug in the living room for it has a wood floor. It get cold during the winter and having a rug down adds a with warm. When I unfolded the rug it was easy and no problem staying down, and no smell. The one little problem was that the rug moved a little. On the back of the rug has a thin backing that helps support the rug to the floor, it could be thicker. By placing my coffee table on the rug it stays in place better. I like the feel of the soft feeling of the rug under my feet. I love that its stain and fad resistant that helps out a lot with having pets/kid, in the home. This rug is very durable and a great price. I live with cats and it's nice to know you can get something nice look and and at a great price. I love this rug a lot and looks great in my living room.

This is a nice area rug that is soft to the touch, the design is not unattractive it is soothing. The solid border compliments the interior design. They are both the same softness and it all flows together that a feature of a well designed rug has. The design stands out as a rug with good quality it keeps you looking at it and wanting to touch the softness. It is good to do my push-ups on, nice and cushioning. It works to play family games on, I would not want it in a high traffic area, I want to feel the softness and enjoy the comfort of a barefoot type experience. It is a nice thickness to easily vacuum and keep clean. I have rugs I that I can use on top of carpet and this is one of them I will also be using it on wood floors when my house is remodeled that will fit well. I will get backing to keep it in place and keep from slipping, on the wood floor. The are a couple of locations that this will be a perfect fit before I find the area where it will be the perfect compliment and it will have the most advantageous and enduring effect, be one of those rugs that you will take care of to make it last a 'lifetime'. The color will match my interior and furnishings with no minimal effort.

This is a great quality rug and I was very happy with my purchase. It is nice and thick and lays flat, unlike my last rug I purchased, and feels nice to walk on. I wanted it for my casual sitting area upstairs and I really like the look of it. The deep red border goes well with the khaki center and I will be able to use it year round in this room. It was shipped quickly and delivered super fast. The price was a good price for such a great quality rug. I give it five stars.

I received this beautiful rug just in time as I am allergic to my present rug. (Donated). Delivered in perfect condition, removed the plastic, there is a little odor but when unrolled, the scent goes away, I believe it is from the wrapping plastic. The color is on point, I placed this rug in my sewing room over my wall to wall carpeting and, it is just stunning. What I like most is, that it stays put, no slipping or movement on the rug underneath.. Just love it.

I was very surprised with how soft this rug felt. I was expecting a stiff rug more suitable for the basement or enclosed porch, but it is very soft and perfect for my living room. Yet it still has enough firmness to deal with children. The loops of the rug are tight. The pattern is so beautiful, yet simple. Perfect for hiding a few crumbs that toddlers are known to leave behind. I would recommend this rug for a small room like mine. It is the perfect size. It rolled out easily and immediately laid flat. There was a bit of a new carpet smell, but it wasn't overwhelming. A little febreeze would easily help that. The color matches the blue-grey of my living room walls perfectly. I am very pleased and have no regrets with this rug. There is a thick border around the entire rug of solid grey that helps tie in the pattern of the center. It also helps give the rug a more solid look. It's very modern in color, yet semi traditional in pattern. I believe this rug could work with many types of decor. My living room is a more traditional, yet comfortable space and it works well. You can't go wrong!

I love the low design and the striking pattern it’s very visible the bright but neutral color contrast great on my dark wood floors the border establishes a great definition for stepping on to the rug. I already have one small rug so far it has held up great to dirt and hair from dogs and it’s a rug that does not slide!!! My husband uses a walker and bad days wheelchair. Wish I had switched years ago. Great rug thanks

We bought this 5x7 as the centerpiece along with 2 smaller ones for our family room. We liked the fact we could get the same design in different sizes. Unfortunately we had 2-3 runs so far in this 5x7. While vacuuming! We’ve been able to cut the runs before they get too big. The small ones have been good so far. So I’d be careful vacuuming these rugs with carpet vacuum! The pile had been sucked out causing the runs..
