Works so well for me, I use it with my laptop when I do music recording at my keyboard! It raised my laptop to eyelevel and I can work ergonomically. Use the picture online or on paper to eyeball and make adjustments, there are push in buttons on the sides that release the hinge, silver that allow for setting the exact degrees of the angles, very nicely adjustable! You could use this devise with a tablet too. Also, for people who use computers for cooking ideas and for watching the news while cooking, it keeps the computer off the wet countertop. Recommend having this! You could use this for a book too!

Price is great as well as quality! The fan keeps my laptop cool while I work! Being able to adjust the height is going to improve my posture too!

Overall good product!
Instructions were a little confusing at first but after playing with for a bit, it's fine. Sturdy enough for my MacBook Pro. If you want to use a mouse or external track pad, just be prepared to have a separate raised surface to accommodate this.
