Mainstays Gold Nonstick Aluminized Steel 12-Cup Fluted Cake Pan, 9.4" x 9.4" x 3.1"

This cake pan cooks evenly and has very easy clean up with its non-stick coating. Clean up was a breeze. I could've wiped the pan out with a paper towel after baking a chocolate cake. None of the cake stuck to the pan which cooked evenly and stayed together perfectly when I flipped it over after baking. There are no handles but it's lightweight enough and edge has a small lip to be able to grab/carry. There are no hooks attached for hanging.

This fluted pan fits my stove oven and even my ninja XL oven that is a plus in my house because I do not like to run the big oven unless I have enough food in it to fill it up. I use a fluted pan as a jello mold, I make meat loaf in it, I bake a bunt cake in it, I can even heat up nachos and cheese in it. I want to try baking a ring pizza with dipping sauce on the side Clean up is a breeze in the non-stick pan or you can put it on the top rack of a dishwasher for cleaning I will be looking for other food meals that I could make inside the pan. Maybe put my fresh vegetables spritz with oil and air fry till done

I used this bundt pan with a basic cake mix It turned out great, a little small. It will definitely hold my amped up homemade cakes. It is a pretty goldish color and the nonstick finish is excellent. I flipped the cake out onto a plate after 10 minutes and it came right out.

This is easily the best fluted pan I’ve ever used. Ever other one at least sticks to part of what I bake. This one came off so easily, without any issue at all. I still used cooking spray just to be safe, and I’m so pleased with the results. It says it’s dishwasher safe, but that hand washing is preferred. I still washed it by hand, just to be safe. The first thing I made in it was a sour cream coffee cake (that’s what is in the pics). You can see it could have been very messy, but how beautifully it came out. Also, washing it was a breeze, as all the little other bits came off perfectly. I definitely recommend this pan!

Initially I was skeptical of being it’s light weight but when I made the cake in it, cake came out in great shape. As the ingredients were proper, cake was soft too. Kids were happy to see cake in a different shape than usual cake I bake at home. I would recommend this.

This fluted cake pan by Mainstays is awesome for baking endless cake recipes that will be shaped beautifully. It holds up to 12 cups so you can bake a nice large sized cake. I made my first cake with it and it came out great. When I went to remove the cake from the pan I was nervous it would fall apart but it came out beautifully. I greased the edges with cooking spray before baking. I love to bake for my family and this will be my new go to pan. Mainstays always delivers quality products at bargain prices. Another win from Mainstays. Every good baker needs one of these pans.

Top-quality baking pan. It's lightweight. Much lighter than my old one. It's easy to fill and easy to clean after use. There's nothing I've found that I don't like about it. I'm including a picture of one of my Blueberry Cakes that I made in it yesterday. I lightly buttered the inside of the pan (with margarine) before filling it. Probably wasn't needed. But, it helps with the degree of browning that I like. After taking it out of the oven, the cake popped right out without even a crumb sticking to the pan. For cleanup, I hand washed it (recommended in the instructions) with a soapy sponge for a fifteen second clean. You can't beat it and I Highly Recommend it!

Great for bun cakes, monkey bread and what ever you can think off.Love the non stick surface. Works like it says. I needed a new one and this one works better than the last one I had. My daughter is still learning to bake and she used this for the 1st time. Her cake came out perfect. It kinda looks like a huge donut. She filled the fluted half way only so it came out looking like that. Tasted great !

This is a great quality pan! Ive had low quality ones that cook unevenly causing burning and this pan is amazing! Great quality, highly recommend! Love the thickness and the coating makes it non stick-ish. Its a good size, not too small or too big, made a lemon bread and a money bread so far they turned out great!

Due to being stuck at home like everyone else, it seems many have turned to baking as a nice pass time. I decided to join the bandwagon and get this “Fluted Cake Pan”. The other name we all know is a trademark. It's gold nonstick, which looks pretty nice I must say. It's your standard 12 cup capacity, so virtually any recipe you find in a cookbook will work nicely with this pan. I was a little surprised how sturdy this pan feels. As you can see in the picture, they rolled the edges in the center and around the edge of the pan—it makes the pan incredibly stout. I have no doubt I'll be using this pan for the rest of my life. It's the more premium double coated nonstick, not sure how necessary that is since you're not going to be abusing the pan with any utensils. But hey, added durability is always nice. Non-PFOA as well, if you're worried about such things. Well, does it work? This isn't a thick cast aluminum pan which is all I've ever used. But I will say, the cooking characteristics don't seem to be any different than with those pans. I tried a favorite Lemon-Blueberry cake and it worked perfectly. That said, I will admit I greased and floured the pan first. Maybe that isn't required with it being nonstick, but that just isn't something I'm interested in trying. Can't teach an old dog new tricks, you know? But the end result was great, and the cake turned out perfect. So! If you're interested in making some of those gorgeous cakes for yourself, I recommend this pan just fine. Get baking!
