MainStays Green Mini Analog Alarm Clock

The alarm starts quiet and gets louder as it runs, which I love. There's nothing worse than being scared out of your sleep. I like how the hands are different colors so it's easy to tell the time without much of a glance. The night light feature is good and bright, although, I thought it would stay on constantly, but it only activates while you're holding the button.

Attractive design and neutral color. Numbers large enough to read at a distance along with minute markers. I use in the bathroom so when I get up at night I can see what time it is by pushing the button at the very top on the back, convenient. Tried out alarm, beeps start out slow and then progress quicker and quicker-then goes so fast that would drive anyone crazy enough that they'd have to get up! I tried it three times and after 5 minutes the alarm goes off again same way. I expect I could have continued with the snooze feature more than three times but the sound was annoying to continue. I believe you just have to switch off the alarm button for it to stop. Highly recommended.

Can't bet this alarm clock for the price. It's so easy to set the alarm and will wake you when the alarm goes off. Beautiful green color. I love it, simple and easy to set. It is not too small, just the right size. The light doesn't stay on so you can see the face but there is a button on the back to push and the light will come on to see the time. LOVE IT!

I love this little clock! it's ideal for anyone that needs a bigger clock face. It's so easy to keep track of the time. I only wish that it came in multiple colors. But the green is a non gender color, so I'm happy and would recommend anytime!

Just received this little clock so it's hard to say how I will love it going forward... I LOVE THE Color and the ease of setting it up. 1 AA battery, alarm on/off, clock time sets easy, not sure about the "back light" option?, seems like you need to push a button for the back light, so unless you sleep with your clock, or get up to push the button I'm not sure how that helps see the time during the night..but that's not really important to me. As long as it lasts for a reasonable amount of time for the price, Im GOOD!

Very simple clock but what I was looking for. The first one arrived broken, I called and they sent a replacement. I was also told to throw away the broken clock I received originally and not to send it back. So, that is what I did. Since then Walmart refused to allow me to place any more online orders, saying I violated the return policy. I have the Walmart membership which I paid for. I have spent hours on the phone with multiple customer support agents and have been told that it was a mistake, the notes clearly stated I was not to return the broken clock, and that they would unblock my ability to order online. This has been going on for months. They have never given me any reason or explanation. So, buyers beware. I purchased the membership largely because of the free shipping. I feel Walmart stole my money. I can't get anywhere with customer support, only promises with absolutely no results/responses. What they have done should be illegal.

It's a beautiful clock. The color green is perfect for where we placed it. My only criticism is that the minute hand is a light pink color, while the hour hand and the numerals are black. The price is certainly great.

This alarm clock is cute and cheap. But, that is the only positive. It is incredibly difficult to set up: to remove cover, install my batteries, and replace the cover. Almost threw it out. I haven't tried the alarm feature yet, but I am not optimistic. It seems to be keeping time ok.

Don't waste your money. I bought this as a side table clock for my living room, and I haven't even had it barely two weeks if that and I've had issues with it from day one. It will work and then it will be completely not working, and it keeps doing it constantly and I've had to change batteries in it three times (brand new batteries} I got fed up with it not working the way that it should, so I just threw it away. When you buy cheap you get cheap.

Alarm is attractive and easy to use. Unfortunately for me it stopped working before I had it for six months. New battery didn't help.. I guess I'll try another one from the mail order company.
