Mainstays Highland Knolls 7 Piece Outdoor Dining Set

It was fast, quick, efficient and well for my fast paced lifestyle as a worker and current college student, who wants to do home shopping online for such reasons.

Fantastic patio furniture, super comfortable. My husband is 6'5” and loves the tall chair back and headrest.

The chairs of the Mainstays Highland Knolls 7-pc outdoor patio dining set are beautiful! They came intact, no damage, and the 2 swivel chairs are easy to assemble. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase.

This was the second table . First table was damaged

While it is a beautiful table that comes with the 7-ox patio dining set, I only gave it 4 stars because of the missing parts (2 pcs table brackets). However, the table can still be set up and sturdy enough for use without the missing brackets. I would have preferred to have them tho, so I called the manufacturer as stated in the instructions brochure, and they were very courteous and promised to ship the parts as soon as they become available within 3 to 4 weeks.

Very nice set! The only thing I am dissapointed in is that the chairs don’t fit under the table and they don’t stack so it takes up a lot more room than what i anticipated.

Chairs are flimsy and the legs are uneven. The table frame had a dent in it.

I received my order, and the manual and hardware were not in the boxes when I opened the boxes. I have called this company several times and was told to send an email stating with the issue is with the item. I sent out the email three times and still haven't heard anything from the company. So I called again to see if they received my email, and was told that several different things that I need to do before they read my email. It will be cold outside before I'm able to use my patio set. I purchased this for an event that I was having, I received it in a timely manner, but without the manual and hardware, I couldn't use it for my event. I love the set and really don't want to return it due to the size, but I may have to because without the missing items I really can't do anything with it.

Missing parts and and directions to put the chairs together. The swivel chairs were pretty straight forward for the 4 other chairs were miss a piece that goes between the front legs to stabilize it. Took several days to get a response from The manufacturer and after much back and forth (email only) the part we are missing is on back order and we won't receive it for 4-6 weeks. :(
