Mainstays Lavender Essential Oil, 15 mL, for Oil Diffusers

Love it. It's a soft fresh smell, floral and herby too, almost medicinal smelling but in an organic good for you way. It's a strong scent it lit up my living room. My hubby came home and said “smells good in here” lol. Lavender is calming and so is this oil, so perfect wind down/Wine down scent. A few drops go a long way. The bottle is a good size too. I see it lasting me two months. I use my defuser nearly everyday three drops each time.

Love me some lavender oil. It has so many different uses! My favorite use is in my kids' diffuser humidifier especially before bed - it creates such a calm and cozy bedtime routine. The Mainstays essential oil line is so affordable while still being super high quality. It smells so fresh and clean, is safe for pets, and perfect for a little relaxation moment. Definitely recommend!

Such a strong spring time fragrance, and it is 100% pure. I like to use Mainstays Lavender Essential Oil to make my own room spray. No hazardous chemicals just water and oil. Put a few drops depending on how strong the scent is to be, then shake it up and spray. I also put this one in my water diffuser next to my bed for calming effects. Great value for the cost. Easy to find, always in stock at my store.

This essential oil smells amazing. I did some research since I have pets (cat and dog) and this could be used safely around them for short periods of time in my diffuser. Walking into my main room gave you a sense of calm and I just wanted to relax and read a book. The oil dropper is easy to use and didn't make a mess like some of them do by leaking out the side and getting on your hands or storage package. The marketing package could be different...it's definitely not eye catching and quite boring in my opinion compared to other essential oils. If I was to see this essential oil besides some other brands, I would more than likely not choose it due to packaging advertising. As a consumer, I want a fresh look and a different style.

This lavender essential oil smells amazing — soft, calming, and not overpowering. I mostly use it at night in a diffuser in my baby's room, and it creates the perfect peaceful atmosphere for bedtime. The scent lasts a good while, and I've noticed it helps both of us wind down more easily. I also made a DIY linen spray with it and it turned out great! Now our sheets and curtains have a gentle lavender aroma that makes the whole room feel fresh and relaxing. It's become a nighttime essential in our home. I am a huge lover of essential oils. First impression of the oil is great. It comes well packages and once opened you see that it is in a dark amber glass bottle. To me this is important because it helps prolong the quality and life of the oil as it keeps the sun and other light from penetrating the bottle and deteriorating the oil. It also comes with a regular sealed top on it, however in your package you will receive a separate glass dropper that fits as a lid also. If you use small amounts of oils for diffusing, or mixing into small batches of topical solutions to apply, this can be very useful as a dispensing tool. My main uses for essential oils are diffusing, bath bombs, and I also love to add a few drops to my baths

The top has a standard twist off cap and the same dropper top that is commonly found with essential oils (so it is easy to only get out a few drops). The scent was as I expected, it is strong if you whiff it directly from the bottle (not that you ever would want to) but it is for aromatherapy only, so it'll be diffused (with water) and the typical calming lavender smell you expect. Not too strong or too mild. Will be using this in my room at night to help me unwind. Meets expectations.

I purchase this every other month or every few months depending on what I'm using it for. Has a good amount of lavender smell without being over powering. Thankfully it doesn't have a yellowish tint to it or isn't too thick that can clog the diffuser like some other brands I won't name. Just wished the price would come down a bit. I've used this in my oil diffuser, diy skincare products, making soaps, carpets mixed with baking soda, bath bombs or candles. All came out great!

Wasn't sure what to expect regarding the scent of this lavender oil. After trying it, I really wasn't that impressed. The scent was not that appealing. It didn't smell like lavender scents I've smelled before.

This is not horrible but it doesn't smell as beautiful as lavender should. It has a earthy dirt smell that I find unpleasant and wouldn't use in my home. I was surprised that it didn't smell as good as it should have.
