Mainstays Lilac Breeze Scented Single-Wick Large Glass Jar Candle, 20 oz

When lighted this candle smells exactly like the Lilacs are in full bloom with the window wide open and its late spring time again. The candle even when you put it out and then relight it retains its full aroma. it burns evenly you just need to trim the wick after each use and before relighting it again.

This candle does have a wonderful smell. It smells just like lilac. It's perfect for the spring. This smell fills the entire main floor of my house. The candle itself lasts quite a long time. I'd say I burn it every day for about four hours.And it lasts me about a month.

Just disliked how the prices went up and why don't you have them all year round? My deceased husband (23 years) used to pick them for me when we lived in New York. But you don't have lilacs here which is disappointing. Everywhere I've lived since he passed always had lilac trees! 🤨

This smells just like a lilac tree. I got it for spring scent in my home. I cannot wait to use it. It's going to be spring indoors. The color is pretty. I get these candles all the time in different scents. The scent last through out the entire candle. This one is my first of this scent I'm sure the smell is going to be relaxing and smooth. Not to overwhelming. Definitely recommend and is a great gift. I've given the Christmas scents as gift bc I like them. Try all scents! You won't regret it.

I like everything about this candle except that it does not have a glass top. So, I have to use something else to smother the flame. I would not have bought it had I known there was no glass top. Everyone I have bought in the past had one. The picture on the website is correct so it is not supposed to have the top. I should have paid closer attention. Oh well. Still it is a very nice candle and I highly recommend it.

I have been buying these candles for over a decade. They are great candles. Thick glass jar, nice scents, and overall great value. I have to take a star off because they no longer come with a glass lid. This dissapoints me and makes me consider to stop buying them. I like the lid for safely, dust prevention, longevity of scent when not in use, look, reuabilty and more. I really hope they bring back the glass lid.

the sensor great but two problems with these candles both involving the wick once you use the candle to the three-quarter mark whether consistently or varied the wick will fall either onto the side of the glass making a fire hazard and have to throw it away or it falls into the wax and is unusual and it always happens at the 3/4 mark

I absolutely love the Mainstays lilac wax melts, and after years of using them I finally decided to get the candle, but I'm so disappointed because there's virtually no scent. It smells good in the jar, but isn't at all comparable to the scent and throw of the wax melts. Other than that, it burns mostly evenly.

The description of the scent sounds real good. I use candles in a candle warmer lamp. I really don't smell anything. I've used a couple other candles in this candy warmer lamp %26 I could smell the candles real well. This was really a waste of money for me.

This scent smells good when I put it up my nose. When I light the candle up there is NO scent NO throw! Very disappointed because I really liked the nice pastel purple color but what sense does it make with no scent. It does look pretty lit up but I need something with some type of throw and this has NONE, no scent at all!!! I don't know if I received an old defective one and that's why there is no scent but I wanted to warn people. You get what you pay for honestly!
