Mainstays Mates Storage Bed with Bookcase Headboard, Twin, Cinnamon Cherry Finish

One piece of the under part of the headboard came broken, but one quick call to the company had a replacement on it's way quickly. It's a beautiful color and my daughter loves it! Great value compared to the other storage beds that don't come with the headboard.

This bed for this price was just perfect. My son got to pick which he wanted and he just loves that it has a bookcase headboard. We have a box spring with a mattress on it which makes it very high but for now he really likes it like that. This bed was heavy in the box I opened it and took the pieces up the stairs and then set out to put my puzzle together. It took about three hours with the storage frame for underneath but once it was together it looked really nice in his room. I am definitely considering buying another one for my other child when it comes time. This bed is great and can hold a full grown adult no problem.

I was a bit nervous about the quality for the price. But I bought these beds for my two boys 6 & 10. And we love them. It did take about 2.5 to 3 hours to assemble. The directions were very clear, we had NO missing pieces. They are very stable, look nice and my boys love them! An excellent buy for the price & I picked it up at the local Walmart so free shipping.

It can be assembled either way if you want the drawers on the right or left side of the bed. The shipping took almost 3 weeks and the assembly took about 5 hours because there are many pieces to it to make it sturdy. Some pieces already come labeled but many do not, I recommend first labeling every piece before building it to make it easier and faster.

We were a little worried that this bed would be cheap and not hold up very well because of the price being less than other beds. But once we started putting it together my husband was the first to say that it was a well made bed and had been well thought out. There are extra support bars in the drawers and little things here and there that made the bed sturdier. We were very pleased.

bought the bed and headboard together. drawers operate smoothly, color is gorgeous. only issue is the instructions. they are sketchy at best and a few hardware items had to be purchased at Lowe's because they were missing in the box and it would have been such a hassle to send it back or wait for the items to reship. all in all it looks like a $500+ bed.

Many pieces to assemble, but great directions and labeling. The quality is cheap, but expected at the low price. I added brackets to the inside corners and used thin plywood for the drawer bottoms as theirs were cheap cardboard. Looks good when done.

The bed frame broke after a few months of having it.So disappointed abut that.Thought it would at least last a few years.Lesson learned on this order.
