Omgosh this fryer is great. I live alone and it’s perfect for me. It fries food to perfection. One thing, if you’re makingn lets say wings and temp is 350 F do not use 360 or 375 because it will burn. It regulates itself while cooking. Then temperature comes back to regular setting. Only pet peeve, amount of oil needed. But this is not something you cook use everyday. I strained oil and reused it. Twice.

The number one thing I love about the fryer is the basket. It has tall handle that allow the basket to go down in the oil and be completely submerged. Plus, you don't need to add oil all the way to the top. This really helps in keeping oil splatter controlled. The size works well for a single or couple. You ae not going to fry a lot of things at one time, but enough for 1 - 2 servings at a time. The top of the fryer has a couple of grooves at the top front to place the basket handle on for better stability. The lid also has grooves cut in for the handle, making it easy to cover the fryer. The control knob is large enough to easily grip, A power indicator light as well as a ready light. The temperature settings are also easy to read. The power for the fryer will bring the oil up to temp in no time. All in all a very capable deep fryer.

This cute little deep fryer is perfect for a single person, its 1000W heating element gets the oil up to temperature relatively quickly and the adjustable thermostat provides enough control to handle different types of food without much issues. 2 quart capacity is perfect for a single person and not waste a bunch of cooking oil each time, able to cook a batch of french fries or wings or corn dogs for 1 person, maybe 2 if you eat smaller quantities. It is small enough to store easily in a cabinet when it is not in use, yet it feels sturdy enough to handle regular cooking sessions. For an affordable and space saving deep fryer, it definitely gets the job done efficiently. No glass viewing window but those cloud up instantly when you put it on anyway making them useless to begin with. Did wish it came with a metal mesh filter over the vent holes though, but at this price point that isn't a big deal.

Easy deep frying for the home, this unit is great with a simple dial to set the temperature of the oil. It uses about 2 quarts which is an excellent amount to deep fry items for multiple family members. Was easily able to make a batch of fries, they came out perfectly golden and crispy. It did not take too long for the unit to reach temperature, and there's a nice light to tell you when it is ready. Upon dropping the basket given the amount of oil and temperature reached it was able to maintain its temperature very well. I highly appreciate that as it can really affect the final outcome of your food. The outer part is plastic which is easy to clean and does not dent easily. I especially like the inner chamber giving it stainless steel it is very easy to clean and resistant to scratches. I had one in the past with a black interior and after several uses the black started to chip off, not with this unit. Assembly is very easy take out the unit attach the handle to the basket plug into the wall, pour in the oil heat it up and it makes cooking a breeze. I highly recommend this deep fryer if you have french fry monsters like I do at home, this makes it easy and safe for them to use. I love the removable lid as easy to clean separately, and cover the unit when no longer in use. Excellent item it's a keeper in my book.

I found this deep fryer super easy and safe to use. I am always worried I will get burned when I fry food, but this helped me do it in a safe way. I like the lids closed after basket us in place correctly. The instructions are easy to follow. The basket was easy to lift out and return to fryer. The temperature of the oil got hot quickly. Was able to make one if my favorite fried dishes easily, fried fish.
