Mainstays Medium Acrylic Grey Yarn, 14 Oz 798 Yards

The quality is excellent. The only issue I have is that u don't have a big enough selection of colors to choose from in the 7oz, 10oz, 14oz sizes. As u can see I had to go to other brands to get my other colors. I could have gotten more quantity for my money if u had a bigger selection of colors.

A really good yarn. My customers loved their hats I made for them this winter. I also make blankets with this yarn too. I love how soft it is and it is really warm and cozy. walmart has really good shipping, you can rely on them to keep up with you while you knit or crochet things. I am really glad that Walmart has this yarn and that it is available for next day delivery, you guys rock!

I am very impressed with this acrylic yarn. This four-ply yarn has more of a cotton feel than your typical acrylic yarn. It was very easy to work with on my crochet hook, and I was quite impressed with how my hats came out. Apparently, my customers at my craft fair also fell in love with this yarn as I sold out of every hat in this color. I have been purchasing Red Heart yarn for years and this Mainstays is equal in quality and might actually be a little bit softer. I will definitely be restocking this yarn in every color. I just bought the red to try.

This really is good yarn. I crochet and love how this yarn does not untwist in weird ways like other budget brands. The color is consistent, few or zero random joins in the skein. Great in the washer and dryer. Definitely appropriate for gifts, does not seem cheap and holds up great. I made a cocoon sweater for myself years ago to test it out and it still looks good. I hope they keep expanding the color selection.

Good yarn, fits great on the Sentro 48 needle. It's a real tight fit on the 22 needle Sentro. You need thinner yarn for the smaller machine. The yarn hasn't split on me, it's strong. I have not tried washing any yet in the washer machine and dryer. Only complaint I can think of is it could be a little softer texture. If you're looking for a softer yarn, or to use with a smaller machine go down to the 5oz or smaller.

I am trying this yarn for the first time, primarily because I could order it online with my pickup order. So far, I like it as well as any brand I've used before. I'm making a prayer shawl, and am pleased with the way this yarn is performing. I encourage you to give it a try and compare the quality and price with your usual yarn brand.

This yarn is perfectly fine and softer than red heart. But beware when you order from Walmart‘s website. They claim they have yarn in stock so when you order it, They will cancel it the same day and then charge you shipping for your other items even if you met the $35 for free shipping. . Every time they claim they have something in stock it always gets canceled on the day of delivery.

it's great quality except the fact thaty delivery guy first off said my address wasn't correct and for a matter of fact IT WAS😩! And then he said he was gonna send it back to Walmart!! so I was like whatever,But NO!! And then they delivery guy sent it out again TO THE WRONG address 😭 the end

Started the throw pictured with 2 of the 364 yard size skein. Got this jumbo one and it doesn't seem like same texture. The jumbo one is really fuzzy, feels lighter and kinda scratchy, the strand unravels a lot and it seems to catch. Have to keep undoing stitches. Maybe a bad batch? Don't know. Will stick to the smaller size ones for a while just in case, feels different. If someone has used both of the sizes and not had same experience please comment. (As always, great customer service and hassle free return. Being picked up from my house, no fee/charge for it, how great is that!)

I ordered a gray medium mainstay its number from the bar code, and you didn't ship it from the warehouse but gave me a color I didn't ask for. you should have canceled the order and shot me an email. Instead, you took upon yourself to give me one from a local store that carried a gray that I could pick up myself. I have your membership, and after expires, I will n do any more orders online cause you dont get what you want. Now I have to take it back to the store to get my refund.
