I received this memory foam pillow. This is so comfortable, it is one solid piece of foam so that is different than my previous memory foam pillow. Which I really do love that so it doesn't separate pieces while sleeping and moving. This pillow bounces back quick while sleeping and moving to contour to your head, neck and shoulders every time. I also really like that this comes with a removeable case to wash it unzips easy and slides right off. This really is a great pillow it supports my head, neck and even my shoulders leaving me with a great nights rest.

I was in the market for a new bedroom pillow. Typically, I get thicker pillows for my neck and head support. I have been having issues with my current pillow while I say on it, I get bad ear pain when my ear gets pushed to it. I like a good supportive pillow, but Not too firm usually. I decided to try Mainstays brand standard or queen size memory foam pillow. This is the first time I have ever used a memory foam pillow. The pillow comes in a zip able white pillow case protector which I thought was nice. When I first started using the pillow I noticed it was way more firm of a pillow than what I was used to, but once you lay your weight on the pillow, it feels very cushioned, yet supportive. It feels super nice to my neck and I haven't had any issues since switching pillows with my ears. This pillow is also great if you need an extra pillow between your knees to help alleviate back pain. The memory foam presses in when weight is pushed against it and raises as the weight is lifted. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice new pillow to help with head and neck pain. I hope Mainstays releases a memory foam body pillow in the future.

This is some great quality pillow right here. I have really bad neck pain and this has been a life saver. So comfortable and even better when I have a migraine. I did not expect this great of quality from a pillow but I absolutely love it and bought more.

I have back problems and I am a side sleeper. Regular pillows were causing me to wake up in pain and sometimes with a stiff neck. Now I am sleeping sound and I haven't woken up yet with a stiff neck (I have had this pillow now for several months). 100% a great purchase!

I left this pillow's twin at our hotel when returning from vacation. It is well worth the price! • It keeps its form, like memory foam should, but is soft like a "normal" pillow. • It provides enough support without bending my head at weird angles while I'm sleeping, like those overstuffed "luxury" memory foam pillows do. • It doesn't insulate your head like some of those firm memory foam pillows. I've had some in the past that literally made my ear wax melt because I was so hot. I sleep cool with this pillow. I doubt I'll ever buy another pillow!

This is comfortable, but I use it more as a lower back pillow than a pillow for my head. It's a little too hard for me to comfortably sleep on. However, it works great if I'm sitting up reading or laying on the couch to just tuck behind me for some extra support!

This is a nice and clean pillow. It was a little too hard for me, but my pillow needs are very specific. Any pillow change takes me weeks to adjust to. My other family members love it though and my daughter ended up being the lucky recipient of the pillow!

It's just ok. Not thick enough. I'm not really using it. Might keep it as a spare. Should probably return it. If you like a thin pillow this might work for you.

This pillow is the absolute worst. And worse yet, that it cost $20. it is about an inch thick, maybe an inch and a half. My neck already had pain, and so I thought I would try this first as it was half the cost of a cervical pillow. I thought that it may take a few days for my neck pain to improve. Not! Less than a week later, I'm at the Urgent Care because I now can't even turn my head. Learn from my horrible mistake, spend the extra money, and get a better pillow because this one sucks.
