This is the first time I've used cooling racks when making cookies. I should've gotten a set sooner than what I did!!! There was plenty of room for all the cookies I made with some room to spare. I used to just place the baked cookies on clean dish towels, but not anymore!!! The airflow made the cooling process a lot faster because the cookies were raised above the surface of my kitchen table. Storage was easier than I thought; and cleaning them after usage was very easy--I just washed them by hand since I don't have a dishwasher. Thank you o very much!!!

Very useful and inexpensive additional appliances for not only cooling baked foods etc. But I also use them for baking a more crispy and evenly baked chicken of any type, instead of just laying the chicken on the cooking sheet. You should give it a try next time you're baking chicken. You'll see what an amazing difference it makes. Just put some parchment paper or foil over the cooking sheet for EASY clean up and since it's already on a rack for even cooling as well. 👍👍

My favorite cooling racks! I always grab these because the grids are close. Others have larger spacing for some reason, and they dont work with my wedding cookies.

I can see I'm going to find a ton of uses for these cooling racks! First, they're a lot sturdier than I though they were going to be. They have a slick black non-stick coating too, which makes them a snap to clean (dishwasher safe if you have one). I love to bake, so these will be perfect for cooling my cakes, pies, rolls and cookies. I put two together to cool off my pizza (two together would also work well for a sheet cake). I can't wait to try them for roasting chicken (using a rack will give it that "deli style" roast). Also makes a great "work shelf" while cooking to lay spoons and pot lids. When I'm not using them for baking or cooking, I use them as drying racks to dry dishes and utensils. I used to prop my dishes up to one side in order to let the bottoms dry, but these work perfectly to get the air circulating from underneath (works well for drying smaller items of clothing, too)... oh yeah, and I also use them today to drain some tomatoes over the sink. All these uses! Why didn't I know how useful cooling racks could be before?

these are super inexpensive and they are perfect for cooling cakes and cookies because the wire is very dense compared to other wire racks that sometimes the cookies will fall through.

use them not just for cooling rack when baking, but also great for cooking in the oven on a tray. allows the heat to cook all arpund and food doesn't stick to non-stick trays. line the trays them with tinfoil for easy cleanup.

These racks did there job by helping me make homemade buffalo and honey old bay wings without frying them in grease. I simply season my chicken sprinkle a little olive oil, get a non stick pan, parchment paper and put the rack on top with the wings placed evenly. They turned out crispy golden as if I fried them in grease.

Functional and adequate but likely the surface will rust. The coating on the racks is uneven and depending on what you're cooling the racks won't support a heavy casserole or a roast. Strictly for lighter projects like cookies.

I did not receive my full shipment. I only got 36 of the sets of two racks in multiple shipments. I need 8 more sets to complete the order. One of the shipments had something that looked like a cabinet door rather than the sets of trays. Could you send the additional 8 sets asap please?
