Mainstays Nonstick Roasting Pan with Nonstick Roasting Rack, Copper & Black, 17.5"L x 12.75"W x 2.7"H

For the longest, we have needed a roasting pan for cooking different types of meats and even turkeys. We were dealing with those disposable foil pans during Thanksgiving, but the only downside about those is that when carving a turkey or chicken, or any other meats, I'd accidentally cut the bottom of the foil pan sometimes, which meant that the juices from the meat would leak out of the pan; which was quite frustrating. So it was nice to have this nonstick copper pan on hand. The rack is wonderful because I was able to cook and cut the brisket I recently did without worrying about cutting the bottom of a foil pan, thanks to the black rack that elevates the meat a few inches, which keeps that from happening. Also, this pan makes it easy to dispose of and drain juices in the sink without worrying about your food sliding and almost falling into the sink with it! I am looking forward to Thanksgiving when I make the turkey to take over to my family. Now I no longer will have to worry about purchasing a temporary turkey pan to use and throw away later.

This roasting pan does it's job well. We cooked up a 25 pound turkey and put our veggies surrounding it. For once my turkey was cooked evenly and all sides. The rack hold the meat up off of the bottom of the pan, it keeps the bottom from getting burned. Clean up was a breeze, I just rinsed off the bit and threw it in the dishwasher. Overall nice pan at a great price.

I have used this pan to bake a ham and make baked spaghetti. It is truly non stick. It appears to heat evenly. The pan is extremely light. It is made in the USA and has a lifetime warranty - just save your receipt. This is a nice budget friendly roasting pan, I just wish it had a lid.

I love this roasting pan. It's so beautiful, I've used it to serve right to the table. Not only has the beef roast and pork roast been amazing, but I lay the veggies on the bottom to cook in the drippings. I've also used it make cake and brownies and cookies!!!! The non stick is amazing! A must have for every kitchen.

This is a nice size roasting pan. It's light weight, easy to handle and non-stick. Comes with a rack to keep meat off the bottom and effortlessly lift the meat after cooking. The pan and rack cleaned up easily with soap and warm water as directed. However I somehow had one smear of something around the top that burned. While cleaning with just the soap, water and wash cloth I believe I rubbed way too hard and caused a slight discoloration on the finish. The finish did not come off and to be fair I used no cooking spray as I usually would have. I like this pan and will certainly use it many times. Excellent value for the price.

This is a heavy-duty, durable roasting pan! It's good quality and versatile -- perfect for your holiday turkey or ham. During the rest of the year, you could easily make roasted chicken or chuck roast! It's easy to wash, too. I hope i don't jinx it, but so far I am in love. We made a small roast just to test it out and the after cleaning was super easy. The pan almost looks like it hasn't been touched. I do recommend not scrubbing it with a brillo pad. We did not use the racking the pan came with oh yeah and we only used it once.

I really wanted to love this pan but I only just like the pan. First of all, it's a nice looking pan. The copper finish is nice. A large pan and a sturdy rack. I think the outer ends of the pan itself could have a little bigger "carrying" space. The rack has nice handles, but the pan "handles" not quite big enough to feel confident pulling it out of the oven. It will hold a nice big turkey or roast. My first try of the pan I roasted a small 4 1/2 lb. chicken. The "grates" of the rack are close enough together that none of the chicken fell through to the bottom of the pan. (i.e. wings). Because the rack is nonstick I did not spray the rack, nor the pan with cooking spray before cooking. I did spread olive oil on the chicken. The majority of the chicken came right off the rack after cooking. Just a couple small spots on the wings were slightly stuck. The pan itself washed up beautifully. The rack - not so great. Not totally awful, but there a some spots on the rack that the coating came off. A few spots on the top of the rack grates and also on the bottom of the grates. 'I'm assuming more coating will come off every time I wash it. Next time I will probably spray the rack with cooking spray.

I was skeptical that it would perform. In the past I tried a pan similar in look and it was horrible. Or at least I think it was horrible. Maybe user error. In my first pan I did what I was always taught stick soap in and let it soak. Bad idea the, finish came off in spots. This time I read the directions. Novel concept! Wouldn't you agree? This time I followed directions and the pan survived with only minor issues what are not the pan but the rack. The rack still needs some help if this is the same one I previously bought. So I am doing my first Thanksgiving where I cook this year and I was checking out good roasting pans and I think I got lucky with this one. This seems like a great roasting pan. Its huge so I can easily fit a big turkey in it. I really like the nonstick roasting rack, it is curved and just goes in the pan with no hassle. I like the copper and black and I can tell that clean up will be really easy thanks to the type of non stick material. The only thing it's missing for me is handles on the sides to help pull it out of the oven easier. Maybe that is just because mom's has it and I am used to it but I personally feel like it would be nice to be able to have a handle and pull it out a little bit without having to grab the pan itself especially if it's full of a huge turkey. But overall I am happy and I would recommend this. I still haven't used it since I am waiting for Thanksgiving but I am certain it will make a great turkey.
