Mainstays Outdoor Wood Porch Rocking Chair, Black Color, Weather Resistant Finish

I bought 2 of these when there was a flash sale and got 2 for $55. I planned on putting them outside under my pergola, but my kids love rocking on them, so they're in my living room now. They are sturdy, and look great. Was a great deal for the price I paid for 2. Definitely would recommend.

I'm a recently widowed woman who relied on her husband to assemble furniture my entire life, and I put this together myself in less than one hour. I admit that the task began with scolding the cat and searching my husband's tools for a "better" or electric screwdriver, until I realized I was using the provided tool backwards. Once I discovered this, assembly was a breeze. I love my new rocking chair!

PRO'S, It's a really nice wooden rocker. I chose white and it was very easy to put together. smooth rocking format, good paint job. Using under a covered porch. CON'S . I think this chair is for a tall person. I'm 5'4 and my feet barely touch the ground. So using a slated footstool helps.

Seen this rocker a few months back priced at $100 and decided to get it fr my mothers back porch as a birthday gift saved it to my cart a few days before her birthday the price dropped to $67 bucks which I was excited about this chair in Red is very vibrant and comfortable Wide enough for a person with larger hips if you hesitating on purchasing just buy it you will love love it oh I’m 5’6 my head reaches the top back of the rocker perfectly to rest my head as I’m rocking the pillow also from Walmart $3.47

I absolutely love my rocking chairs! I've always wanted rocking chairs and when I saw these on sale I knew I had to have them. The price for the two was an incredible e deal, two rockers for the price of one. They look exactly like the picture. The quality is top notch. The instructions were easy to follow, everything you need comes in the packaging. It took about 30 minutes to assemble. I honestly did not know what to expect but so happy I made this purchase.

Overall, they are sturdy and easy to assemble. My only complaint is that the screw heads strip easily. If you aren’t careful you will completely destroy the screw with the hex wrench provided. I don’t recommend using a driver as it demolished two of my screws. Thankfully, the manufacturer provides extra screws (so they know this occurs?).

These have been outside on a covered porch out of the weather for 4 months. The wood is cracking and splitting in multiple places, mostly on the arms making them unsafe to use as they can easily pinch your skin and they snag your clothes. I'm very disappointed in these and do not recommend if you want a lasting piece of furniture

Some of the screws sink in farther that others and the edge under the screw is soft. It seemed like the wood under the screw hole was rotten. When I went to start one of the screws into the back of the chair, the wood on the back immediately split! What a piece of crap! There is no easy way to try and get them to just send me a back. I have to return it as damaged in shipping to get a whole new chair and try again! We used the free shipping for this item and now we have to haul it a store to return it. I hope this chair lasts.

Ordered 2 rocking chairs one was broken in the box by the time we got it put together it was too late to return. It was broken on the box but zero damage to the box. I think it was packaged broken.

both packages were damaged in delivery. Chunks of wood have been dinged on something on both chairs. Waste of money for sure because they have chunks missing
