Mainstays Oval Natural Seagrass Storage Basket with Cut-Out Handles

Very nice item for many uses, but I would line it if using for material items, as it flakes some straw off. Dry. Perfect for gift baskets, nice size to stuff with goodies for friends and business associates, which is my main use. Nice price, well-made, just flakes some straw pieces occasionally in handling. Fairly lightweight too. Just as pictured.

i like the firmness of this. and the size. It's not too big to make it cumbersome and not too small to limit its usefulness, great price, and classic color.

I used this mainstays oval basket to present a raffle prize at my school’s fundraiser. It was a great basket and fit a large quantity! I love how there are handles which makes it a breeze to transport. Also can be used as storage or for home decor after the fundraiser.

This is a beautiful basket and it is a great value! It's very sturdy and so pretty. I am definitely going to buy more. I bought it originally to hold "stuff" that piles up in our bedroom but that needs to be accessible - remotes, the small dog bones and toys that pile up in our bedroom from our 5-lb Chihuahua (gosh, he has a LOT of stuff), wipes for ears and teeth, supplements we give him, etc. When I got it I thought it might be too big for that but it's perfect. Since then, I've thought about the other uses for a basket like this so, as mentioned above, I have them on my list to buy another couple. I am going to put one in my messy office to hide away all the stuff that is always on my desk when I'm working. Mouse, headphone charger, pens, scissors, ruler any the remote for my webcam. It's still messy in terms of my organization but will look so much better when tucked away in this elegant basket at the end of the work day to give me the impression of a clean office when I step in there to work again. The third one will be used in the covered section of our pool lanai. It's a great size for holding sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, a coverup, a charger - anything I might need when sitting by the pool. Then same idea - I can throw everything in the basket and put it to the side until next time! Each time I use the pool area, I will be able to pick it up, place it by a lounger and relax!!

I bought this basket for the purpose of filling it with goodies and making a gift basket for someone. It was perfect for what I needed. The basket is large, sturdy and good quality!

They're so cute. I use it for my makeup and then I have another one and use it for my books and then I got a smaller version and I use that for my markers. I love baskets. I'm a total basket thoroughly and I'm in Nancy Meyer aesthetics.

If you’re looking for a gift basket, but don’t want to spend a lot, this one is perfect. It’s larger than it appears, and it’s sturdy. I’ve bought the same basket several times for bath/cosmetic gifts for grandchildren.

Larger than anticipated. it will hold an entire bag of apples and a few bananas all at once. The construction is sturdy, and the basket has a rustic visual appeal.
