The scent isn't long lasting but it does help freshen my kitchen drain. I've added drops to my shampoo for a refreshing blast to my scalp. I also add drops onto cosmetic pads for a nice scent boost in the shower as well especially on hot days. It helps freshen and repel bugs from window sills by adding drops to a cosmetic pad with clove oil and wiping in the sill. By adding a few drops on a cosmetic pad and dropping it into the kitchen trash can, helps keep down odors and repel bugs too.

I purchased this item for spiders getting into my basement and it worked perfectly. Mix this with a little water in a spray bottle and they can't take the peppermint smell

I am plagued with mice. traps don't work, because I don't want to see them. I bought bottles of the mint oil for my kitchen counter. there tiny bottles. took the caps off, hopefully smell will get rid of the mice. actually cheaper than dcon mouse traps that didn't work.

Strong. Just what I need. I put this on cotton balls every fall just before it gets cold. Put the cotton balls on either side of the door leading from the garage into the house. Mice hate peppermint so for 4 years the peppermint oil has stopped mice from going from the garage into my house. And it smells good.

I wish walmart can show how many times a person riding a review actually purchased the product. i tried many peppermint oils, and this one hands down smells the most natural and is not abrasive. i use it for cleaning like mopping. My floors wiping down windows and tops of my counters. it leaves my house smelling, amazing l, natural and clean! i have very sensitive skin so I can't use products that have irritants in it. i probably purchased this item fifty to sixty times already. if you like using oils for different types of things and want to keep it kind of natural. This is for you.

This peppermint essential oil has a clean, strong scent and only takes a small amount to use. Works well in diffusers, spray mixes, or for freshening up rooms. Bottle was sealed properly and easy to use without leaking. Good quality for the price and a handy item to keep around the house.

great smell AND repels flies on our porch when sitting out! Found out about that by accident, but this will add wonderful scents to your home or rooms, but also take some outside with you when you are enjoying a glass of chardonnay on your patio and add to a small plate, really helps keep flies and mosquitoes away

I just ordered 6 bottles of the peppermint oil and at least 2 so far smell nothing like peppermint. The one I'm burning now is definitely cinnamon and the one I just broke the seal on smells like cinnamon also. They both have peppermint labels. All 6 bottles did. This isn't the 1st time this has happened but it's the 1st it's been delivered this way. If it's slow production say that instead of ripping people off from what they want. Money wasted.

I will be returning it. I am losing faith in ordering online. I've only used it 2 times with my caregiver picking up for me. Both times I jave received an incorrect item (I got Cucumbers instead of Zucchini) also damaged items. This lady order I received Spearmint essential oil which I cannot use because of an illness I have. when I ordered peppermint. which is the item you're asking me to review. if you're asking me about reviewing it I haven't gotten it exchanged out yet. HUM?? So, having to deal with this and being disabled. is causing stress in my life because I cannot take care of these issues myself. I will continue to be a Walmart Customer because I always have been and I carry a Walmart credit card. I just wish that your staff of shoppers were more observant when they are choosing to put things in your basket. I complained about this the first time. then the second time you told me there were three items that may be low in stock so I dress tent issue. and didn't go back to the site. but come to find out other items were actually out of stock and you replace them with things I cannot eat because I am diabetic. I am not going to return them I am giving them to neighbors which really I cannot afford being on disability. but the things that I can return I will in the allotted time. but when I saw this asking me to rate peppermint oil was what was supposed to be sent to me. I thought to myself are you kidding me I never got it. I haven't returned it yet. so why would they ask for a review. normally I give good reviews on what I receive. I try not to complain. but within the last couple of months I have had extreme issues not only with my groceries. but with a battery I had delivered to my home to start my car so my attendant can take me to my doctor's appointment. I received a dead battery. my agenda brought it back and instead of exchanging it like I asked and called the head and spoke to a woman about it. she decided to tell my attendant we'll just charge it for you. they did and it drained immediately it is a bad battery and I know that that particular battery has defaulted ones. because I bought the same battery from you all for multiple years. then they convince her to put an oil change in my car which is already been taken care of. then put low grade oil crude oil in my car that only takes 100% synthetic oil. now I have to go get that oil drained in the proper oil put in my car. the receipt even says I was only a court low. I had just had my oil changed a couple of months before but had to make a trip to Dallas and thought it's probably low maybe a court. they told my attendant that it only had an inch in the vehicle. sadly she did not have the knowledge about cars to understand that if there was only an inch of oil in my car it would not have shown up on the dipstick. then when I see the bill it said it was a quart low. then when I saw the price of $35. my heart dropped. I know my oil changes cost almost $90. and I read closer. OMG
