Very good investment! For 5.00 you can make quick work of a pineapple! I eat a lot of fresh pineapple and I had previously been using a plastic slicer/corer but it got a small crack in it. I saw this one online and was purchasing one for my daughter and decided to buy one for myself. I'm glad I did! I didn't have to use nearly as much energy to make quick work of the pineapple! It leaves part of the hard core in the center the hole wasn’t big enough for a small to medium sized pineapple and it left a lot of usable pineapple one the out side after it sliced. Needs to be adjustable so there isn’t so much waste and what is cut is edible.

It did peel the pineapple the first 4 times, but then one of the blades came off I kept on using it, and now the yellow thing that holds it comes off every time I'm using it. It is a very low-quality product.

I used this tonight and still had to cut out some core in pieces after decoring. also I had tocut excess off the inside of the peel where it was not big enough to get all the pineapple out.

i find it harder to use this than to just do it by hand. but for someone else it may be great! evrrhas their own opinion. i rated the quality 5 star because it is well made, just not for me

So easy use. Took me about a minute to get my first pineapple sliced up. It did a wonderful job and was easy to clean up as well. I'll be using this often.

Took me a couple times to get it used right. Need to get the center right at first other wise it went a little wonky %26 had some core in it. But I got it down now!

There is a bit of a learning curve though. How hard you push determines the thickness of the slices.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! i bought it today went to use it lucky it didn't cut me when it broke but yeah first use and now it's stuck in the pineapple!!

It cuts effortlessly but the next day my pineapple slices are brown like they were bruised or ripped instead of sliced. Very easy to use though :)
