Mainstays Pure Patchouli Essential Oil, 15ml, 1 Pack

I've. Purchased other brands of patchouli and mainstay smells like patchouli. I've heard the flower is being threatened as is gingergrass. I sure hope that's not the case. I've been using this oil since the 60s!

This is a great fragrance. I used it mixed with water and a little vinegar and spray around my kitchen. Not only due it smell fantastic but also keeps ants away. Multi purpose multi use.

This product is "ridiculous" in its benefits and uses. It is a wonderful cologne/perfume. See the other "medical" benefits online- however, see your Doc first. This product is amazing... use it- that's what it is for. This one claims to be 100% pure that's exactly what you want. As a perfume, women- behind the ears and on the palms of your wrists- it will mix with your "beautiful" Pheromones causing a new scent for each user. Enjoy, it is like no other! Blessings!

Big fan of this Patchouli. Smells amazing, lasts a long time. I put a drop on my wrists and it works as a fantastic cologne. I use it in a diffuser. I put it on wool dryer balls in the dryer and it makes our clothes smell fresh. It is such a great price at under $5 that I will continue to grab it every week I shop at Walmart. If you're thinking about it, just buy it!

it's patchouli i happen to love the the smell alot of people don't.. it's essential oil si it lasts a long time... a drip will do the job. it's a very strong smelling oil. it's great

Love the smell but these new bottles aren't the best! Can't get the spout rto allow product to come out! Not a good thing

I was excited to try the Mainstays 100% Pure Patchouli Essential Oil, hoping to use it for a calming body oil, but unfortunately, the smell is way too strong for me. I love patchouli in small doses, but this one hit me with such an intense fragrance that it gave me a headache after a short time. I've tried diluting it with a carrier oil, but it didn't seem to help much. It might work better for diffusing or adding to a homemade candle, where the scent can be more subtle, but for body use, it's just not my thing. If you're a big fan of strong patchouli, you'll probably love this, but for me, it was a bit overwhelming.

With other essential oils I've used in the past, I've never had to use more than 2-3 drops. I've had to use a LOT more of this to get the same effects. I haven't had many problems with the Walmart brand, but this is just not worth it. Even the smell of this patchouli is "off".

Not even close. Vaguely musky, but definitely not patchouli.
