Mainstays Reusable Anti-Slip Rug Grip Strips, Black, 1" x 7", 8 Pack

I bought these rug grippers because i ordered a rug for my bedroom that slid all over the wood floor . They work perfect but would not even stick to my inside doormat. It has a rubber back. but for a regular rug they work like a charm. i would buy again.

I bought two runners to put next to either side of the bed. They were sliding all over. I purchased one pack, and it was enough for both. I cut the strips in half, and placed on each corner, middle edge each side, and center on the ends. PERFECT. Make sure to of course have a clean dry floor before you put it down, it's like very tacky two sided tape. Will purchase more because I don't believe it will work after the rugs have to be washed. I guess you could just use a small carpet cleaner if needed.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased a large area rug. Having difficulty walking, the corners that curled up kept tripping me. This tape is working wonderfully and was a terrific price.

This was useful but after 3 weeks it started peeling up. To be fair, our cat likes to scratch the rug so that may have lead to the adhesive lasting less time.

it will stick your rugs to any flooring (except carpet). when you take it up it tears thr rubber off the back of your rug. followed manufacturers instruction to wash and reuse. i washed, dried, even tried the hsir dryer to warm it "to make it stick again". grest for one use but when you need to wash your throw rugs.. it's a finished product.

These work great at first, I used about two packs to stick down all of my little rugs and my large area rug. None of my rugs were moving around anymore when you stepped on em. However, one by one, I keep discovering grip strips that have failed. They just stop working. I do not think the adhesive is strong enough to last long term. I am pretty disappointed I wasted all that time sticking these on just for them to fail.

Works fine until the rug gets moved at all, then it no longer sticks to the back of the rug. Fibers from the underside of the rug stick to the adhesive and then it stops sticking. Returned 2 of the 3 packs I bought after the first pack quit sticking.

If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. Zero grip on the rug side. This is like buying tape that doesn't stick. Super sucks. Wish I could get my money back but I tried the entire batch just hoping one strip would work but nope, doesn't do anything at all. Don't waste your money or time with this.

Was very disappointed with these as I always trust Mainstay products. I prepped both surfaces the best I could and these all just fell off the rug as I went to place it. I even put my full weight on each pad when I was sticking them to the rug. Threw them all in the trash. Must have been a bad batch. Still love Mainstay items.

It wasn't what I ordered. First I get an email confirmation for 3M Small Rug Fasteners...THEN I get a "Sorry, that item is out of stock" email. Here is what we are substituting"...and charging to my credit card! The substitute product basically gluesthe rug to the floor! The 3M product is a much better system. I will return the substitute product to my local Walmart.
