I am loving this can opener. With my arthritic hands, it is so much easier to use and it also rounds out the edges so there is no way to get cut. I was never a big fan of the electric can openers and turning the handle to open a can got to be a struggle at times. This is a wonderful product and I highly recommend. The picture shows the rounded edges.

I've always wanted to try this type of can opener so I decided to try this one. It grabs the can tightly and after you go around the entire can with it you can rotate it back a tad to remove the lid or just pull the can opener up and the lid will stay attached to the opener by a magnet that's in it. It has worked smoothly and flawlessly for me every time and easy to operate. The best part is no more sharp edges for anyone to get hurt on in the trash. Definitely recommend and will buy again.

Received this can opener on March 11th. It is easy to use and has no sharp edges on can or lid when opened. The one thing I would have liked is to have the turn knob made a little wider. I’m in my 70’s and turning the knob was easy but since it was smaller it was hard to turn. Even with that said, it was easy to use and I enjoyed the fact of no sharp edges. I definitely would recommend this product to my family and friends.

My husband and I talked about getting one of those electric can openers that give you smooth edges. He decided, no. With the electric can opener, you can't always get a large can under there to open it so you have to hang the opener over the sink and the can IN the sink in hopes that if it spills, it will all go in the sink. I've come to the point in my old age that I can no longer cook or stand for any length of time so he's inherited the job and so this can opener made his day and BOY, has he used it. And I was pretty tired of hearing the electric one "grinding" so this is wonderful for me, as well.

This can opener is so slim line and sturdy. The wheel is so easy to turn without any effort. The opener opens the cans on the side and it leaves no edges that you can cut your finger or hands on and no metal gets into the food. i also like that if you have to put the lid back on you can without it falling into the can. I like that it also has a little knob so you can place it on the wall by your countertop instead of finding it in a draw. I just like all the safety features that this can opener offers for myself and anyone else. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The worst thing I can say is Why did it take so long to make these.? This is a very very good product. It does exactly as promised and it does it the first time around the can! It also, as promised, leaves no sharp edges you can touch it with none fel. All in all a very good product. I like it a lot.. now if it was just electric....

I received this can opener for review and I really like it. I have suffered through so many bad, unusable can openers through the years. Even electric ones had their flaws. This safe opener works very well. It separated the top of the can at the seam instead of down in the can. If you open a can of tuna and like to press the top of the can down to squeeze out the liquid you can't do that with this opener. You may have to do a little wiggling to remove the top on some cans. What is nice is you can put the top back on the can and refrigerate leftover food in the can, not too long though. Use later the same day or the next. I'm very pleased with this opener. It you open something with a lot of liquid place the can on a towel to catch any drips

I absolutely love this can opener. I added the picture to help people see how to use it. So much easier to recycle can lids without fear of slicing a finger. The blade is hidden until you wind the handle to grip the can edge. I even put a picture of the hidden blade, it is the silver part of the close up shot!

it took the top off nice with no sharp edges, only problem was it was hard turning the handle. I would not recommend it for an older person, with weakened strength in their hands. Maybe for a man with strong hands.

Once I figured out how to use this, I tried it on several different common can sizes. It wouldn’t open any of them. It went around the edges of the cans like it was supposed to. It did go around the lids of the cans but the lids were not unattached by the can opener.
