Mainstays Single-Wick Scented Glass Jar Candle, Hazelnut Cream, 20oz.

My favorite go to candles have been the pumpkin spice and then the frosted spice cupcakes. I wanted to try the new salted caramel butterscotch candle from mainstays. Honestly, the scent is delicious and decadent, and I couldn't be more impressed for the price. It smells like crème brûlée. It smells way better than the pumpkin spice candles for real. This will be perfect for fall and winter.

The scent is nice and the wick is pretty much centered each time I buy these candles. I use candle toppers to prevent tunneling which helps the candles to burn more efficiently. The price of these candles is a very good deal. I like the size of the candle, and the jar is very sturdy.

These are my must have for whenever I have company over they compliment. My wax melts quite well. Everyone always asked me if I'm baking something sweet.

these candles are unbeatable for the price. nice smell and good runtimes. sure they dont use buzzword waxes or wicks, but none of that really matters to anyone moderately educated. even though this candle is large in size, keep in mind that it is still just a single wick. it throws far for what it is, but consider the triple wick variant for large rooms.

This is my favorite candle in the world!! Its a warm, cozy, gnome feeling when i turn my lights off and just use my candles. I feel connected in my meditation and spiritual being when i use this scent. The scent is inviting, its ambiance is a relaxing feeling, it puts you in a good mood, making you a whole good vibe. The candle scent is just my favorite and its not over powering and even being unlit it still smells good.

I have been purchasing the Mainstay 20oz. Candle - Hazelnut Cream for several years and find it to consistently be a great purchase. The scent is warm and inviting and lasts throughout the entire use of the candle. The 20oz. size is perfect for weeks of use and permeates each room. The price is excellent! In all of the years I have been purchasing this product, I have only had one occasion when two of the glass jars were broken (I purchase 10-12 jars at a time), and Walmart traded the broken jars immediately with the exact candle they had "in-stock" at the store...no problem at all. I will continue to purchase these candles as long as they are made.

I usually buy these every year their candles around this time and look forward to it. unfortunately this time they came with the little plastic cover with a hole. they used to come with a nice tight lid. this came kept the aroma inside instead of prematurely discreeting it in listening the aroma in the actual burn. give us tight fitting lid back.

I ordered this candle for curbside pickup. When the lid was removed I noticed an off-center wick placement. Even though I trimmed the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting it burned approximately two hours with a 2 inch high flame before I put it out. The next day there was a 1 inch blackened clump of debris that had come up through the wax a few inches away from the wick. After removing the debris I lit the candle and approximately 10 minutes later, more blackened debris appeared again in the pooling melted wax.; this seemed to be a second “wick” and it caught on fire. A little scary for me so I am returning it..

I ordered these candles as a replacement for my 3 wick ones as it was bigger and would last me longer. However, the wicks in these tall candles are never centered and do not burn all the wax. It seems like a safety hazard, as the glass gets piping hot when lit. Smells good, but the wicks also burn insanely high.

Wow. I really thought I got a good deal on the Mainstays Single-Wick Scented Glass Jar Candle, Salted Caramel Butterscotch. I can barely smell them at all. I melt scented wax almost daily because it makes the house smell so nice. I thought I would try an actual scented candle because it would be nice to have the candles available during a power outage. Wow! I was really shocked after three hours of burning this candle and couldn't smell anything. I might as well have been burning a regular candle. I bought 6 of these thinking I was getting such a good deal. Now I understand why they are so cheap. I wanted to give three of them to my sister as part of her Christmas gifts this year. That's not going to happen. And I'm glad that I had a chance to burn them first. I would have been embarrassed to give her these Mainstays Single-Wick Scented Glass Jar Candles. I don't know what Mainstay is thinking. They will be returned.
