Mainstays Soft Touch Plastic 2.11 Gallon Wastebasket in Rich Black for Bathroom, Bedroom or Office

This little waste can is just right for my needs. As it is plastic, it will hold waste water, it doesn't leak, for the watercoloring class here at the old folks' home. I bought one for each student so they don't have to go to the sink until their painting is complete.

This is the second one I ordered. the first one fell down the stairs and shattered. But I love it so much I ordered another. the new one is a little bigger so it holds more recycled items. we keep it upstairs for recycled bottles. Don't let it fall down the stairs.

I chose not to use this in my bathroom with the matching accessories as I am in the process of redecorating my Dining Room over to the 'Farmhouse" look. Personally, I think it's adorable and will blend in better once I get more redecorating done. Very well made, not too big or small.

Perfect size for bathroom. It is very black, and soft to the touch on the outside. Very expensive looking. I gave it to my daughter who just redid her bathroom black and white with all black accessories so it fit in perfect and if a trashcan can look lovely it is this one!

This is a really cool looking and feeling wastebasket. It has a soft feeling matte finish on outside. The inside is slick feeling, which makes it easy to clean and wipe out. It is black with white letters down it. The wastebasket is smaller than I expected but still a nice size. It is sturdy. I was gonna use in my bathroom. But my teen daughter thinks it's cool looking so she will use it in her room. I highly recommend this wastebasket

For a wastebasket the Mainstays soft touch wastebasket is sturdy not at all unattractive. The material seems to be heavy duty yet not easely something that will scratch up or mar, the can has a nice ribbed texture. It stands about 11" and accross the top is about 8 1/2". I'm not one for wastebaskets all around the house but I have placed this in home office/sewing room and happy I did. It will be easy to clean or I could use a bag, I'm pretty sure I can get away with no bag. It fits perfectly under my desk, it has a slight taped shape and very nicely made not seams.

I love the soft touch and finish on this little waste basket. It looks small but holds more than I thought. The wording on it isn't classy, but is easily fixed by turning the wording towards the wall I like that it is water proof and doesn't leak if something wet is discarded. It's easy to clean too. Just spray and wipe.

This wastebasket has an interesting outside finish: a textured horizontal stripe made of rubber which gives it a nice grip when I go to change the liner. A typical plastic grocery bag works perfectly to keep the inside clean. The basket is about as tall as a 2-liter soda bottle and fits nicely in the bedroom or bathroom at my house. Although my picture makes the outside of the basket appear grey in color, it is actually black inside and out. I would like to get more of these in various colors.

This is a really great trashcan for anyone's bathroom. This trashcan is a basic yet effective. This trashcan does exactly what it's intended for. I love how it's matte black with the words waste can written on it. I really love how this trash can is easy to change and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product.

This Mainstays trash can has a very simple and classic look. It is a rich black color with ribbing to aid in picking it up as well as to add to the appearance. It would be well suited for a bathroom or office. I replaced an old silver-toned trash can in my bathroom with this one and it made a positive difference in the decor. The inside of the can is smooth-surfaced and shiny, making a nice contrast with the outer matte finish. It's easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry.
