These things are awesome. Leigh weight but pretty sturdy. Give of great light which is today powered. Last quite a while. Win be getting more to go all the way up the sidewalk. Oh yeah and my son's favorite feature is the ability to change colors from red, white, to blue
These are larger than I expected, which is good, they're sizable enough to make an impact at about 4.5 inches diameter. We put them out front and coordinated the colors to red and green for a modern looking Holiday light look. I can't wait to change them again for other holidays, like red and white for bday, red and blue, etc.. good quality with nice deep stakes. The stakes are plastic though, they'd be sturdier if they were metal.
I put the mainstays solar powered lights outside in front of my house right at the entrance and they work pretty good. They charge up during the day and stay bright at night the only time they don't get much charge is when the tree covers them to much or the suns not out much. Installing the lights was very easy all I had to do was attach the legs and push them into the ground. I would definitely buy more these are nice lights.
I really enjoy having these on my front lawn. I'm always looking for things that are solar powered and enhance my driveway and where I get packages delivered and these look great. I love that you can change the color of the lights as well and they were super easy to put together and install. I've had them outside for a couple weeks and they still look brand new
I am so impressed with these Mainstays solar landscape disc lights! They were incredibly easy to assemble and place throughout my backyard mulch area—exactly what I wanted to add some clean, subtle lighting. They charge quickly during the day and turn on automatically at night with no issues at all. The operation is totally effortless, which I love. No charging needed. The brightness is perfect for creating a soft glow without being harsh, and the color-holding LED adds such a nice touch. They've been performing consistently every night, even after cloudy days. Plus, the sleek black appearance blends beautifully with my mulch and gives the whole space a more polished look. Overall, these lights seriously exceeded my expectations and added the exact ambiance I was hoping for!
These disc lights are actually amazing. I'm stunned at how much light they put out. I love how they look lining my sidewalk. It took me just a few moments to get the stakes attached and get them in the ground. Despite it being a cloudy day, the pic shows just how bright they still shine. With Christmas coming I'm excited to play with the color changing options too
When fully charged by the sun these lights are pretty bright! I love that you can change the colors on them! They are pretty decently flat to the ground. Which is nice but at the same time the button to turn on or change the color is underneath which when all the way in the ground is very hard to get to without pulling it out of taking it off the stake that holds it in the ground. All in all I like them!
Let me start by saying they seem to be made well, stainless steel and 2 plastic pieces that join together to stake into the ground. You can change the color so I thought it would be fun to add a little color to my raised garden beds for the holidays. The light is not very bright however. I thought it would shine up on my house and look cute but that wasn't really the case. Would also be nice if they came with a remote but you have to manually change the colors which isn't a huge deal. All in all, they are only 20 lumens so don't be expecting a super bright light, but they're still cute to add a pop of color to your yard, and can't go wrong with solar power!
These lights are super easy to install. I have them paired with my other solar powered up lights to make them a bit brighter. On their own though, they don't output a ton of light. Once the holidays are over I'll move them to my walkway. The durability is not great, see image of cracked light upon arrival. Easy to use though.
Overall impressed with the quality. I appreciate all opportunities to use solar products, so was excited for these. They were easy to use and easy to assemble. One thing I liked was that you could change the color of the light. We had them alternating red and green for the holiday season. They definitely need more direct sunlight to work. We had quite a few cloudy days and they did not turn on those evenings. Overall nice. Bright lights, but definitely need a good amount of direct sunlight.
