heavy duty very beautiful made well you would have thought it cost $20 what a great value that is I'm glad I didn't get a plastic one I'm glad I got a ceramic glass one everybody else was charging $20 or more for something like this thank you mainstay I didn't think I could afford a glass ceramic one I thought I had to get plastic but I didn't do thank you again

This is not the prettiest butter dish you'll ever see, but if you just need a ceramic one to keep your butter fresh, this does the trick. The price was great, too. I know, because I shopped around quite a bit before I decided on this one. It's solid. It easily holds two sticks. I'm satisfied.

Basically a good price. I like it overall. I noticed other styles of butter dishes. However, most of them were over priced. This butter dish is a good option.

Very nice butter dish. Thought it would have been smaller but it works out great. If you have a small fridge, this might not be the best option. If you have a big fridge, you will have plenty of room for it.

I get that’s it ceramic. Upon delivery I barely picked up the bag to bring inside and heard a clunk. Upon inspection it didn’t break but feel that to me it’s too heavy. I’ll be returning it for something lighter.

Would be great if it didn't contain *LEAD* and *CADMIUM*. I bought it online and these chemicals were not clearly stated in the product description. They are briefly mentioned in the AI product summary (which obviously was not proofread by a human...see highlight in screenshot). And the pictures near the end contain the warning label. but it's not obvious.

It must depend which brand of butter you buy because I tried using this butter dish with Greater Value butter and it didn't fit, the butter is too high and the lid couldn't close properly. Pretty ridiculous if it doesn't fit a standard stick of butter.

This product has a sticker on it that warns that it contains lead and cadmium. This is unsuitable and unsafe for food use, particularly for an oily food like butter which will draw out the lead.

It's made with lead. In the year 2026, why even sell something like this? Returned immediately after washing it for the first time when I noticed the warning label.

I thought this was just what I needed. The description on the website says it is "Lead-free stoneware." I just checked the sticker on the back and it says WARNING: This item contains LEAD and CADMIUM. Please do not buy this item as it is a health hazard!!
