Mainstays Stoneware Coffee Mug, 15 fl oz, Dipped Purple

This is a beautiful heavy-duty stoneware coffee mug, in primarily a light gray speckled smooth glaze finish, with an offset purple “dipped” design. “Kindness Wins” is cheerfully lettered on the inside edge of the mug. The handle is sufficiently large, such that your fingers aren't crowded or would be burned by touching the side of the hot mug when lifting. The bottom of the mug has a recessed rim, about ¾” high by ¼” deep, to allow for space-saving stacking on the shelf or countertop. It has a 13 fluid ounce capacity, slightly larger than a normal-sized mug, to allow for more of your favorite beverage. Its stoneware construction tends to hold the heat well so that hot beverages stay hot longer. Microwave- and dishwasher-safety add to its utility. All in all, it is a well-made, durable, useful, attractive mug and a good addition to your collection. Recommended.

This is my go-to cup when i want a extra large cup of coffee. I like the large handle that doesn`t squeeze my large fingers. The cup has a 1950`s retro look with its vintage shade of green with flecks in it. The "best day ever" message is modern and inspirational.

I love this mug. The colors are so pretty and it is actually big enough to hold my usual dose of caffeine. Also with the little inspirational verse inside, it would make a cute gift for an office buddy. I do just hand wash it, but I am sure it would hold up nicely in the dishwasher as well.

I absolutely love this mug! With a gorgeous design, and a "Best Day Ever" saying inside the rim, this mug would look great in any kitchen. It is well made, being quite thick in design, with a good sized handle, I feel it will last a long time, and hold up well to dish washers or frequent cleaning. The color and design is really nice. Simple, but nice. I highly recommend these mugs to anyone who enjoys a hot drink.

This coffee mug is not only super cute, but there is in unexpected inspirational saying inside that is an awesome special touch!!! It's easy to hold because the handle is bigger for older, thick fingers!! It is made of good quality material- it shouldn't break easily and it has been thru my dishwasher a few times already and has no fading.

It's so very cute, and unique. It looks so much smaller than all my other coffee mugs. Only 3 ounce smaller so it still holds the game size I normally use on my keurig.. I just really like it! My only negative would be the handle seems tiny for my chubby fingers haha

It's a very pretty mug with a cute phrase inside for you to see as you take a sip. It's heavy and the colors are strong. My only complaint is that it's handwash only. I don't really like having items that aren't dishwasher safe. If not for that I would get a set of them for daily use. Instead, this looks great sitting on my end table filled with potpourri.

Hey it's just a mug with a curte decoration, so it's hard to really "rave" it. Yep... - it holds liquids (again, see my opening statement) - it's microwave and dishwasher safe - the color "dip" gives it a bit of personality, if not panache, but not really enough to make a statement all these are things you would expect, but then it surprises me with a little inspirational message every morning I have my coffee. So, kindness wins, four stars

I was looking forward to this mug, the color was very cool and beachy looking. I liked the dipped look along with the trendy speckles. Even the quote on the inside was pleasing- best day ever. Every day should start positive! However, my mug came in a pile of crushed ceramic. So, I don't know if it was a nice shape or fit in my hand. The box it came in provided zero protection. Sad death of a nice mug.

From what I can tell the color is spot on, beautiful! However it arrived in at least 100 pieces, The box it came in was a small one and the cup had been wrapped in a thin loose micro bubble wrap. It certainly seems like something nice to buy but they need to find a better way to ship.
