I like this blanket. I liked the color, super soft, and size is perfect for a alone person. My father loved this blanket and I gave him. I need to buy one for me. I bought twin size and it was perfect for him.

When I first got this blanket I thought it was going to be just a cheap light weight blanket. This one is not that! Its super soft and super comfortable! We keep our house on the cooler side but I tend to get cold since my work computer is right near an ac vent. This is perfect for covering up my legs. Its not so heavy that it makes it unbearably hot after few minutes but it is heavy enough to make it cozy under it. I did wash it (I was all my new stuff out of habit). After washing it, it still kept its fluff and it didnt come out scratchy like other inexpensive blankets tend to do. So far Ive been very pleased with it.

The blanket is like one I've had before and it is just as expected. HOWEVER this blanket was not wrapped - not even in a plastic bag - IT WAS LEFT ON MY DIRTY FRONT PORCH JUST SITTING THERE. WHAT????? Come on now. What in the world were you thinking?????

Are you looking for a super comfy plush blanket to wrap up in on those chilly nights? That's why I ordered it. I have a king size bed and it's large enough to cover it. It's great for keeping my feet warm when I don't want to turn the thermostat up. It's just thick enough but not heavy. Works great on the couch for snuggling up on movie night too. Not only that but it looks nice and the gray color compliments any modern decor.

My experience in general with Mainstay products from Walmart has been positive, and I found this blanket to fall into that same category. I got it to use as a throw on my couch. The packaging states the blanket is "Improved! Softer feel," so I assume it has been reworked from an earlier version. On softness it does not disappoint. It is soft as in plush velvety, not Sherpa type. I was comfortable curling up on the couch beneath it. It is attractive enough to leave folded on the couch when not in use. I washed mine as soon as I received it. There was very little lint after drying, so it did not shed to any noticeable degree. It did not shrink and turned out beautifully when washed and dried per manufacturer's instructions. Mine is a light grey. There was no fading in the wash. The stitching appears to be secure. After washing there was no evidence of fraying. I found this to be a good basic blanket that I will use myself but it would also make a nice gift. Note that the color in my pictures is not exact; the blanket is a very attractive light grey and the color is consistent throughout.

Everything was good about the blanket, but the material of the blanket made it too hot for me on my bed. I need something that’s not furry and maybe then like cotton or something because I don’t like being hot when I’m sleeping, but I’m still gonna use the blanket on another bed. It was a good value for money who was pretty it was

I have bought this blanket several times over the past five years for my bedridden mom. I purchased two last week. It seems like the blanket is thinner than what it was originally but it looks great and it’s soft and you can wash it over and over again and it doesn’t fall apart. The gray and brown colors look nice. I wish it was a little thicker. It does feel soft and slightly plush. It used to be more plush. My mom is elderly so she always has both blankets to keep her warm. One of these blankets would not be enough to keep her warm.

This was so full of blanket lint straight out of it's packaging. It remained full of lint after washing and drying it. Thus cycle had to be done with the blanket by itself otherwise additional items would have become just as full of lint as the blanket.
