the directions are incomplete: as is - it works for the sink; for the toilet - you need to reach inside and pull out the flange cup ( it's folded inside the outer edge almost like a "liner")... and important to know: a plugger it to break up flushable gluck... if you have an object stuck, it will make it worse... that requires an "auger" ( also available...just get a 5-6 ft one)... if the item is too far into the pipe and the auger can't grab it - you have to remove the toilet and pull out the item , get a new seal and reinstall the toilet.

Great plunger made of rubber, that simply does a good job as it should. I don't have a fancy toilet or sink just a american standard no frills and it works for suction on my kitchen sink drain also. What I really like is you can clean after using and put back in the container turn the handle of the plunger and it closes the cover. You do not see your plunger and no one else does either when they use your bathroom. Really makes it bathroom look cleaner looker. I am very pleased.

DOES NOT PLUNGE and I'm unfortunately finding out with a toilet currently needing plunged on Christmas, when all the stores are closer so I can't run out and buy a REAL PLUNGER that ACTUALLY PLUNGES. This piece of garbage is a fake plunger disguised as a real one, it doesn't suction at all, defeating the purpose of a plunger. Do not buy this.

Didn't work !! I've tried everything to unclog my toilet, finally got a plunger and it literally did nothing !! Now I have to get another 1, and I can't even get a refund. Why would I hand yall a used plunger back ??

I really needed this, but the plunger itself is no different than the one I bought for $1.88 so I know it won't do anything but turn itself inside out. I mostly wanted the container for it and it is so flimsy I doubt it's going to work. I can at least set the wet plunger in there to keep the floor clean and dry. but what a dissappointment!

Do NOT buy this if you want to use it for toilets. You have to manually pull out the flange at the bottom with your HANDS before it can be used on a toilet. And you can't put it back in the caddy until after you manually push the flange back in with your HANDS. Worst design for a household product I've ever seen. Disgusting.

Terrible design and plunger. The plunger barely works and constantly folds up on itself. The twist action to hide the plunger is awful. I can't get the plunger to twist into it after a few uses. Just don't buy it. There are better options
