Mainstays Wood Arm Accent Chair, Beige

I purchased a chair like this on Facebook marketplace and loved it in my bedroom but everytime I wanted to use it my husband was in it so I decided i should probably see if I could just get a second matching one. My daughter found it for me on Walmart.com it matches perfectly. You would never know I didn't buy them together. It was pretty simple to put together if you're a little bit handy. They feel sturdy yet are very comfortable to sit in. I use the little cushion behind my low back but my husband doesn't. They are nice and wide so you don't feel cramped while sitting. The fabric is tough and durable yet soft to touch. I chose ivory. I have 3 toddler grandchildren and anytime anything has got on these it comes right out. I would definitely purchase them again and recommend them to others.

All parts were accounted for and instructions were very easy to follow. The only issue I had was with the holes not aligning correctly for the left arm, but I was able to fix it after a while. It’s attractive and comfortable enough for an accent chair. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and price point.

Quality is amazing! The only downside is how tall they are, I didn’t look at the measurements! Regardless these chairs are very comfy and exactly what I needed!

Based on reviews I decided to put this in my home office . Mid century chairs are never out of fashion . I wanted something neutral, something minimal . Exactly what I could pick . Like many said it’s not very neutral wood .. little on darker side but not too dark like walnut. All liked this piece of furniture at our office . I’m spending more time on this chair at home . Can be used in living room or loft too . Delivery was great . No complaints. My husband set this up in less than 30 mins . Don’t tighten all screws until final assembly.

The photo of the upholstery showed the chair as being a cream color, but the actual chair is darker, more of a tan color which didn't work out with the other ivory/cream color seating in the space I wanted to put the chair.

So I purchased this chair despite what the reviews entailed because there’s an influx of mixed feelings but I ordered anyway praying that all would be well. Well I got the chair and while assembling before taking the plastic off I seen a clean cut through the wood now why y’all wrapped that in plastic as if no one would see it! I’m giving a second chance to make this right by ordering it again because the chair goes so perfect in my room with my decor I doubt I find another like it so until then my review is my review!

One screw on each side (left %26 right) did not align. I ordered this off the look and didn't have the time to go purchase one. I now have to get it back to the store to return and get my money back. Left side was also scratched. By the pictures you can see how the screw will not go in.

I wish I could give these chairs a zero. I was SO excited about them and wanted to love them as I ordered two for my sitting area. As I opened the box to take out the parts to assemble the first chair, one of the wooden arms snapped. I was bummed, but thought it might be a fluke so I put everything back and went for the second chair and it was also broken. Don't waste your money.

The quality of this chair is really bad. The first one we got, came with some scratches around the legs. We talked to customer service and requested the replacement. They took so long to deliver the replacement. The second one they replaced, it came broken around the arms. We were so disappointed already so we just asked them to come and pick it up. Also, the color of the seat is not true to the picture. It’s much darker. We just got a similar chair with a different supplier. It was cheaper and quality way better.
